My laptop crashed. I took to Optima at 9am - they had replaced the hard drive, recovered all my data by 3.30pm that day. Excellent Service - would highly recommend and all at a reasonable price too.

I took my laptop in as it was running very very slowly - Optima suggested replacing the old HDD with a new SSD - this did the trick and my machine is now faster than it ever was. All this was done in roughly 24 hours

I have used Optima for c. 10 years for business and personal PC support and found them (especially Peter) to be excellent: fast fixes at a very reasonable price, with full transparency and honesty: no attempt to advise you to throw good money after bad. Just good advice. I am a naturally skeptical person but not about this company.

Optima computers provide an excellent customer experience, starting with a phonecall, identifying the issue and providing the final resolution. I would not hesitate for a second to go back to them. They are going to be my IT go to experts.

My experience of upgrading and fixing the wifi in our London apartment was excellent. They came promptly and were very efficient and thorough.

Took an (oldish) tower PC in for an overhaul. Service was excellent, communication good throughout and I definitely felt they were only changing/adding what was necessary. Would definitely recommend and/or return in future.

I couldn't be more satisfied with the Optima team. Three years ago they rebuilt my laptop and more than doubled its lifespan, but due to its age, faults are to be expected. I contacted Optima because my Wi-Fi suddenly stopped working. When the laptop was in their hands, they stayed in regular contact with me, informing me of the diagnosis and the possible options for the next step. The issue was resolved swiftly and was cost-effective. Highly recommended.

They didn t do it for me!!
After 4 weeks wait I had to take my laptop back still unifixed! Very disappointing!

Being in IT recruitment, I know a thing or 2 about IT support etc. Sat, Nick and the team are all excellent and I have been a client since they opened years ago. No hesitation in recommending them; their patience with those of us that are challenged in this direction is tireless and the knowledge across a wide area of platforms is excellent. Plus, I find them very reasonably priced for the service they provide.

I have used Optima for a number of years now to service and repair my home IT and even though there are now several repair firms nearer to where I live, I continue to use them because of the consistency and quality of service, and value they provide. I like the fact that turn round is quick and you are given a clear, user-focused explanation of the problems discovered and the options for resolution - including (as in this instance) the option not to proceed with what could have been an expensive repair to an ageing machine where replacement or alternative kit bought elsewhere provided the best outcome. It's great to know such a company is there for you when your tech lets you down.

Excellent response and professionalism but unfortunately unable to solve my problem 100%.

I required all data from my old desk top computer to be transferred to a new one. The service was excellent and my queries about the new OS (windows 10) were well explained. The collection and delivery service was a bonus, job done within 24 hours. I highly recommend this company.

Appalling Reception, money money money.... We took a hard drive for repair, and even though even though they did repair it, that attitude of one of the engineers was very degrading. this company should be avoided because all they are after is money. I get the feeling they take jobs based on your face, if they think you cant afford to pay them they dont bother much with you, therefore tries to flog you off. Very un professional.

Really great service - was panicking to meet deadlines and with Optima's help my lap top was up and running to enable me to do everything in time.

Optima are a fantastic local business. Twice this week they have rescued me from printer nightmares, going above and beyond to help out. Great knowledge and outstanding customer service. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I moved house recently, new phone number, new internet, new broadband etc. Problem was that I couldn't get my wireless printer to work. Called Optima, used their remote facility. Bingo. Up and running within 15 minutes of the call. Great. Would recommend them to anyone. In fact, this review is doing exactly that. Thank you.

Took only around 5 hours for my computer to be fixed - I was expecting it around 2 days later; having new RAM installed, the inside of it cleaned and the system reinstalled to Windows 10, I'd say this is the best service I've ever received and highly encourage this business as a go to for any technical problems.
