I have used Optima for a number of years now to service and repair my home IT and even though there are now several repair firms nearer to where I live, I continue to use them because of the consistency and quality of service, and value they provide. I like the fact that turn round is quick and you are given a clear, user-focused explanation of the problems discovered and the options for resolution - including (as in this instance) the option not to proceed with what could have been an expensive repair to an ageing machine where replacement or alternative kit bought elsewhere provided the best outcome. It's great to know such a company is there for you when your tech lets you down.
