We have used Optima Computers since 2012 and can not fault them at all. Well before "Home working" became the norm in 2020 they set up Remote Access for our 3 separate offices in London, Leeds & Warwick.
On the very few occasions we encouter any issues they are extremly fast in rectifying any problems. A 1st class service from a very professional company.

A very professional and down to earth company. Optima handle all our IT requirements from purchases of our hardware to managing them as well as our emails, back up, security... .I mean they handle everything IT related!!! I cant recommend them enough.

I received my PC today after a service and just wanted to leave some feedback.

I was very happy with the service i received, my engineer was called Narcis and he was more than helpful.

As i said i received the PC this afternoon, the problems were clearly identified for me, and the system (PC Tower) itself was cleaner than i have seen it since i bought the PC.

I was also impressed by the Invoice received, specifying the work done on the PC, it was thorough and exactly what i wanted.

Excellent service - fixed my laptop in less than 24 hours. Communication was great and very good value for money.

When your laptop is on its last legs and your whole life is about to disappear on a faulty hard drive, these are the go-to guys.
