I am coming into an office the company I work for owns and manages, and the first day I visited I noticed the LED sign had an error message. The employees of the practice say that the sign has had that error message for years. Luckily the sign had a brand and S/N on the front. I contacted Optec by phone and spoke with a support agent, Michael Trombley, who has been most helpful! Within minutes he sent me the two downloads I needed, then I called him back. He got remote connected to my laptop and walked me through everything including creating the message, connecting my laptop to the sign and loading the new message. He has been so very responsive and helpful. I'm extremely happy with the level of support and customer service I've received for this issue!
