Nice old theater / opera house. In some places, certainly with the flair of the past anyway nice. However, I consider the food prices too high. 0,2 l EUR, rhubarb Schorle in the bottle 4 EUR ....

Nice to look at from the outside, equipped inside in the 60s. What used to be chic does not have that much charm today. But that's not important, because it's a solid opera. The theater of the state capital also has the resources to award works of art and make a world premiere.

I grew up with the house. But unfortunately one notices the money and passion probably other ways go. Too bad. But still worth an evening.

Me and my wife really like to go to the opera and Kiel Theatre offers a good choice of shows for really good prices. No dress code (bad?), just go and enjoy the evening!

Opera and theater, good opera choir and orchestra, worth the events there to visit.

Prokofiev himself was not present, but he contributed the music. Ballet was great.

Very narrow seats for normal sized people. Very warm to hot. Very expensive, overpriced drinks and dry pretzels.
