SUPERB changed to INADEQUATE!!! My brother and I ate twice at the Panorama Restaurant in Hotel Opera September 2013, enjoying American Rib steaks and fine red wines. Service and meals were superb, and not inexpensive.
We returned again this June 2014. First meal was delicious and service was great, as expected. The second meal this June 2014 was not great and totally unexpected!! Our guest ordered a salad. My brother ordered an American Rib steak with a double order of frites. I ordered a bruschetta appetizer, a salad and an American Rib steak with double order of frites. Plus red wine. After waiting a very, very long time our waiter brought us at the same time: our guests salad, my brothers steak and my bruschetta!! Normally fine restaurants serve appetizers and salads first, and then the main courses, at the same time to the people at the table. I complained to our waiter and cancelled the rest of my meal. I also made a written complaint in the restaurants Book of Complaints. The meals here are most expensive and the service was INADEQUATE!! We want a refund!!!

The worst restaurant I've ever seen. Terrible steak, terrible service. Steak - cotton hard rubber. Service horror - carried a check for 30 minutes, despite the fact that they were alone in the restaurant .. could not pay by card for 20 minutes - the terminal has no connection, I apologize on the 7th floor, then some other unknown reason.
In addition to not eating as a result, because she left everything, because it is impossible to even live, they also paid for space and did not receive any compliment from the institution for waiting.

Freshly renovated hotel. Great interior design and the best bed and bed linen i have seen in the hotels! The restaurant on the top floor offers great views on downtown Lviv and the Opera House. Will come again with the family.

Location, interior, infrastructure - everything is great

I was only in a restaurant on the top floor of the hotel and I really liked it: the atmosphere is light, quite a large distance between tables, adds comfort, were on Sunday evenings and at this time was a saxophonist who performed world and domestic hits. You can also note the view from the restaurant: it is wonderful, in the heart of the city. The quality and service of dishes at a decent level. The work of the staff is also of a good level. I definitely recommend this place to everyone, and it is perfect for a romantic dinner.

The location of the hotel is important and you can easily walk to the places you can visit. On the terrace of the hotel you can have a nice dinner with a view of the historic opera house and sip your wine.

Waiting for more. Perfect view of the Opera. Breakfast is an unforgettable experience, although it is far from the best among Lviv's breakfast lounges. The worst problem is the complete lack of parking for the car. The closest recommended is to the Dniester Hotel, a good 2 km away. I advise you only if you are without a car and when you are ready to donate a good breakfast for the sake of a fantastic landscape :)

Excellent location - down town, opposite The Opera. Very interesting interior- fusion. Room is large with big windows and cool views. Hotel doesn't have own parking, that's why you should think about it, but everything else is really fine.

In the price I paid it is absolutely NOT worth it! 100 and even mini bar drinks are charged. Heating OFF (evening temperature 10 degrees).
The bathroom was not clean.
The next day I found a hotel at 300 meters at 20 much more beautiful and CLEAN.

The prices in the restaurant are really high, but the quality is excellent.

The ideal location - the city center, near the Lviv Opera House, to the Market Square on foot 5-7 minutes. Delicious and hearty breakfasts. Rooms are compact but modern and cozy. The staff is friendly and attentive, there are no complaints about the service.

One good thing about that place is view, second , food is quite tasty. Customer service 2/10 , toilet had no hand soup, when I make an order they haven t got half of the things I asked for, and I visited the place at 18:30. I do not recommend that place.

A chic hotel in the heart of the city, a pleasant, cozy atmosphere, restaurant cuisine is incredibly delicious, the restaurant overlooks the Opera House and the central part of the city, really fascinating, especially in the evening, and also for musical accompaniment. We decided to have Christmas dinner in this restaurant. It wasn't what we would expect from a fancy restaurant in city center. My beetroot soup had hard potatoes and hard meat inside. The other dishes were nothing extraordinary neither, for the price they charge. Music was way too loud. I had to ask twice to turn it down. Moreover, the music would be better in a night club rather than in a fancy restaurant. Overall very bad experience for Christmas dinner. There are much better and cheaper places in Lviv. I don't recommend this place. The only nice thing was the view.

the location is good, the room is dusty, the towels are gray, a huge stain met me near the bed on the carpet. In general, the room is not bad but the price and quality for me does not match.

Not worth the money it takes. There is no sound insulation of windows at all. All night we listened to how the cars were driving and what the people passing down the street were talking about. Our room is on the third floor. Near the hotel Lviv, the room is a little cheaper + breakfast (buffet) and at least there is a guarded parking there. Parking is very important when you are traveling with your family, a full car of things and purchases during the trip (do not carry them with you constantly to your room), and you are sent to the hotel parking a block away, they say that they have bought parking spaces there. We went there, and there the man begins to tell that the parking is only for visitors to their hotel (RIUS). They explained that we were sent from Panorama, he - "I don't know anything, parking for strangers 600 UAH. As a result, we found a price, parking 200 UAH per night + 40 UAH every hour during the day. Support from Panorama for the promised parking spaces is ZERO !!!

This is a very clean hotel with large rooms. Everything is in very good condition. The breakfast is good as well, especially the view is grest. It is located very close to the center but still very quiet in the night.

A nice, cozy restaurant with delicious cuisine, friendly staff and a terrace with panoramic views of the city center (a special impression is the evening). The menu is available on the Internet, there is a good choice of dishes, prices are reasonable. We were satisfied after dinner at this restaurant.

Fantastic hotel - spotlessly clean, modern marble bathrooms, lovely decor. Tasty breakfast with an amazing view. I have stayed here twice now and will always stay here. The staff are really helpful and friendly .... and the central location cannot be beaten. Out the front door is the centre of the city, yet perfectly quiet at night. I wouldn't bother looking for anything else. Love it!

Honestly, the hotel is quite nice. However, I accidentally left something there and they lied about not finding it. I would not stay at a dishonest place, that is not willing to help after the bill is paid.
