Maybe a good restaurant. Who knows. Unfortunately the seating policy is a huge theater. All the restaurant is empty, but they don't want to let you pick one of the nice places next to the window due to some reservations that might show up in ten years. Well then. Enjoy the view for yourself.
The hotel is right in the tourist center, within walking distance of everything you need to see. The rooms have been renovated, even the smell of paint has not passed yet, the bathrooms are new, everything is clean, our room was the big room, the most beautiful terrace is the breakfast, there are few kinds of quality products, you will eat plenty of curd cheese, kefir. A preferred hotel for a liviv tour.

The only great thing was the view. The food was just fine. The waiters are kind of slow and should learn how to serve - bring dishes together, to available more often etc. Prices for such a dinner were a bit high, I would have lowered them due to the service and the food.
So, as I mentioned, I would recommend it only for the view and just for one time.

Panorama Restaurant:
1. Bartenders, waiters, regardless of customers - bend the mat, not ashamed.
2. The glass broke - the waitress offered to bring a broom to remove the broken glass.
3. The waitress is quite "sharp on the tongue", as for a 4 * restaurant.
4. Made an order at 23:59 - 2 * 100 Jameson and 150 wines. After 6 minutes the same waitress who took the order came and said that the restaurant closes at 00:00. Question: Why was the order accepted?

One of the best restaurants in Lviv. Delicious, professional, cozy, with a wonderful wine list. I like it so much. Weddings were celebrated here. Incredibly satisfied.

Pretty much the worse meal ever. Lousy service by waiters who had no interest what so ever. Food was pretty bad, red wine too cold, steak was raw but the price very high. Do go there...!
