The lady who did my sonogram was nice, so that s a star. But I paid $200 cash for a sonogram in hopes that the gender could be revealed. She spend SO LONG getting measurements and only checked for gender twice, for maybe 30 seconds each. I left without knowing the gender and feel like I wasted money. I m 19 weeks but baby is measuring small, a little over 16 weeks (I m 5 3 and weigh 120lbs I m small so a small baby is possible) so I get the struggle, but two other sonographers told me there s no reason gender can t be told at even 16 weeks. Was just a waste of money and time.

First person there at 7am. Took 55 mins to get a right hip xray.

Sat in back room 1 1/2 hours waiting for MRI. Had an appointment and, of course, they get your payment first. Will request a different place next time.

Open Imaging is so accommodating. I love sending my patients to them because I know they will be seen timely, and treated with respect. My family and myself have used them countless times from ultrasounds during pregnancies to MRIs. Dr. Holder is very reputable and definitely value his knowledge.

Really fast with my appointment and I made it out of there in time for work! I'd give 5 stars if they had headphones, earplugs and even better a headset that you can watch a movie. Please get one and everyone will be happy. But it is loud and I'm not sure they would hear you if you tried to talk. I don't think there is a mic in the machine?

My ribs are broken and the Imaging specialist that took my pictures and my x-rays was so understanding she had been in a car wreck and broken four of her ribs... She understand how bad it hurt for me to put my hands up over my head and hold my breath. God bless her and thank her for the images she got.

Wonderful experience here! My sonogram tech was very sweet, and very helpful in answering all of my questions. So thankful to have our healthy baby on the way :)

It gave me diections and a picture of the building.

Five star potential but the staff seems to be too busy to make the proper accommodations to mail out image results. I requested images monday, followed up Thursday(I still didn't have them), they said I would receive them by the end of the week (didnt happen). CALLED Monday verified my address but didn't see anything the week of or the following week? Crazy because I thought they sent them out.

Spoke with a manager and she assured me she would mail them out herself on Tuesday, waited Thursday to verify but still nothing? Called Friday to verify, I was told they were sent out Tuesday (again), waited for Saturday to roll around but still nothing... so guess where I'm sitting waiting to get my image results.

Thanks for wasting my time and being professional (joke), I really appreciate y'all reimbursing my gas (joke) and having the integrity (joke) on doing what y'all said y'all would do.

I have been to Open Imaging in Longview before and they have always been helpful. This time they were very efficient, timely in my appointment, and I was very satisfied with their directions and service. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Hardly any wait time. Very professional. I really like the staff.

With all the craziness of this world, the staff made things simple, easy, and effortless. Everyone I came in contact with were very friendly. Clean facility. I was here for a CT scan, which went without a hitch.

Very kind employees! They went above and beyond to help me. I'm in a wheelchair and they made a point to make sure I wasn't uncomfortable for my imaging. They are much cheaper than if you get your imaging done at the hospital. I've had 20 surgeries and a lot of MRI's, CT scans, xrays, etc and they are best priced. They are equipped for bariatric patients and paralyzed patients. You won't get better care in Longview!

Very professional. I had an MRI on my neck. Minimal wait time. Staff was very helpful, and did an excellent job of explaining the procedure, answering questions, and making sure I understood what was happening. 45 minutes total time. It was a very good exoerience! Highly recommend!

I wrote a previous review expressing my issues and the staff went above and beyond to make things right! Very happy that they actually take the time to read the reviews and solve issues!

My dr was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the image. Definitely using them again.

Finally got my mom in to get her MRI done and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. I also didn't know that they keep open until the last patient is done and my mom's appointment was at 7:30pm at night. No kidding. Very convenient for those who have a hard time with mobility.

This was the fastest service I've ever had. Everyone was so kind and helpful. I had a CT myelogram. I had one done at another place about 27 years ago. It was so bad I said I'd never have another. I've dreaded this so bad. They made me feel good. I never felt nothing. I couldn't believe how easy it was. Thanks so much for your service

The billing staff is awful!! They will look you right in your eyes and lie to you, not knowing that you have your insurance on the phone as they lie to you. If you can have your doctor send you to North Park very accommodating way better that open imaging

This is my second visit here .the first one was not the best because the technition was impatient with me .But the second went very well .They got me an appointment very fast and once there they took care of me right on time .This tech was patient with me and very nice .I would recommend this place to anyone. And when I ask for my records they respond politely and rapidly. Thank you so much .

I was so disappointed with this place because They told me I had an appointment at 7 am, the text even said 7:30 am, the paper work said 7:30 am, but when I got there they said the appointment was for 7 pm. Because The computer said 7pm.Could you imagine how disappointed I was. Getting out of bed so early, cold outside where my bones are hurting perfusely,and when I get there they tell me nope sorry your appointment is at 7:30 pm. REALLY? So now when I go to that place I never know what to expect.
