Great staff n selection. $1.00 rentals, FREE popcorn, too.

Nasty unhelpful staff. The two guys just stood there watching a movie and when I asked a question they snapped at me and treated me like I was a nuisance! Ignored all the customers and rudest people ever!

Never had bad experience with these folks, and I've been a customer since they opened the business.

Tons of movies not just new but hard to find older movies, prices are low, great service and free popcorn as you leave the store can't beat that.

These folks are always very nice, with very reasonable s, especially for older movies. They have everything! They give a small free popcorn with your video, and it's always yummy. They offer a teacher discount if you need a video for a class.

Very friendly staff. They will help you find the move you are wanting. If it's a older one and you forget the name they will take the time to look it up for you.

Love this video store they have always been helpful they have a deal now you can rent older movies 5 for $6 for a week

We are full time RVers. We live in MI but are in Greeneville for quite sometime. I gave the employee my MI drivers license and told her that I had never rented from there before. She started typing in my info. She asked if the address on the license was my current one. I told her that I actually have a local PO box. I guess I made a mistake by mentioning that. She then tells me that I have to have a letter or something with my address on it. I happen to have my lease from MI in my car. She said I have to have a piece of mail from my PO box. I had nothing with the PO box address on it with me. It makes no sense that she planned on renting to me as long as I lived in MI but because I have a local PO box, I have to have proof in order to rent. Too much work to rent here. I'll just stick with RedBox. Also, in MI we have Family Video and they don't give you a hard time like they did here. What a shame.

An old time Blockbuster type joint! Millennials wont know what blockbuster is but its a place that wishes it was as good as Popcorn video!!!

Popcorn video is the best the only video store we have left I always have the new releases and you can get five old movies for $5 for 7 days

Great movies great pricing 5$ for five days on old movies and when i say old i mean new that have been out for like a month or two on dvd i get movies every fryday

The customer service is wonderful, they are family owned I believe and very friendly. A large selection of movies and when I was looking to buy one I personally couldn't find, the staff located that dvd for me.

Besides the "greeting" (Have you got a mask?" it was fine. The owner was friendly once I explained I can't wear a mask.

Popcorn video is outstanding! You can get good deals and it's nice to walk through the store and browse tangible items vs going through the Netflix. If popcorn ever goes out of business is will be missed. So everybody support your local businesses.

New release only $3 and 5 older movies for 7 days only $5 dollars. Always been super happy with Popcorn Video!
