Great culture and mission minded company! The food is amazing and I wish I had the same options when I was a kid.

I like making a difference in the students and staff lives that we serve meals to. And seeing students out in the community and having them say, "Hey, I know you! You fed me lunch!" <3

The goal to feed hungry children the best meal we can everyday has to be fore front in every staff members mind.

Wonderful company offering a huge selection of fresh homemade from scratch foods, fresh fruits and vegetables daily! This company truly cares about feeding the kids, and they take great pride in their work!

I currently work for Opaa! Food Management and they "Make MY Day Every Day!" This is my 5th year with the company and I look forward to many more years!

Opaa is mission driven and focused on hiring employees who believe in their mission. Make their day cannot just be words spoken but they have to be words lived by. I have enjoyed my first year with Opaa and cannot imagine leaving this company. The support I receive in my role as Director is beyond amazing. When you have the right employees in the right jobs students and children win. Opaa has done amazing work for our local school food program.

Great place to work with an excellent culture of taking care of their people.

I am a soviet blyat is is american, western spy shop.Even Buabushka's old potato is better.

The food isn't that bad although not sure about "healthy ", employees seem not very happy, pay is very low!!!

As a member of the team full time now for a little over year!! I wouldn't change it for nothing. Dishwashing is the best place for me!! Seeing all the little faces smiling after dropping off their trays saying thank you!! Or it was so good!!! Or so should have that again!!!! And the team I work with everyday! I am beyond happy!!

Mountain View Elementary School in Missouri is not a good place to work to much drama and they find somthing to complain about your work and they dont do the stuff they are suppose to do them self but they put me down for not doing it !! the new kitchen boss Samantha Richerson does not treat everyone the same! Alot of people have came and gone from that school working in kitchen cause of the drama and how the bosses treat you! I would not recommend working for Dora the main boss or samantha Richardsons Plus the pay is bad not worth it !

Overworked and underpaid. Doing two positions for one salary. No training offered prior to expectations of knowing it all.. Having a supervisor that will turn on you in a heartbeat. Worked in the worse school district that was ran with no ethical standards. I've never been treated so badly on a job! If your looking for a job, stay away from Westville OK!

I truly enjoy working for Opaa! I had a lot of training with food service before I joined the team, and it came in handy when trying to learn all of the in's and out's of the kitchen. This job is very fulfilling.

I enjoy my job, coworkers and management. I enjoy seeing the students and faculty and interacting with them on a daily basis the most. So many great options for the kiddos.

Overall, great company. High quality food. Better than any school food I had growing up.

I have worked for Opaa! Food Management Inc for 7 years. I love my job and I am proud to be an Opaa! employee. Our Mission is to Make Their Day, and that is what I strive for daily.

I HATE this food! It gave me and my friend food poisoning. My friend also had mold in her food. If I could I would give it a -10 stars . Me and my class are not eating any more. We made a club against you. We never get what is on the menu for breakfast because your delivery man (woman) is always late. The food is fake as flip. We find dirt in our food. You are in the woods

not sure if i got a bad one or not, but the food at my highschool provided by opaa is absolutely atrocious.

Worse job that I ve ever worked for!! They work you like a slave. VERY unprofessional! Underpaid.. & make sure your hours get calculated right. Employees are very rude to new workers. Worse experience ever!!!

I have never worked for such a great company that not only takes care of the schools they work in , but also their employees. They take great pride in their core values from not only the dishwasher but all the way to the President of the company. I am proud to call myself an Opaa Director.

One time we had the beef and broccoli and 7 of my classmates threw up and among other things that have made us throw up:( Food is absolutely trash and most things are moldy.
Let's start thinking about the kids opinion on the food, we're the ones eating it. Our teachers won't even eat it it's that bad. We all hate it.

What a wonderful company to work for! The hours are great, including weekends off and limited summer hours. Excellent pay and benefits, not to mention the bonuses. Its a very fast paced environment so it might not be for everyone but those who fit in will find a home away from home with a second family!

Opaa! is a fantastic company to work for. I have been with this company for 7 years and highly recommend them to anyone who loves food and kids. I get the chance every day to make people smile and I love that!

I have worked for them. Unrealistic time to expect all they want in the time given. They work u like slaves. Have u running around trying to do three tasks at once. Have watched some of the higher ups come in to kind of help and they would mess with food without gloves on. Definitely give the kids more food options but absolutely a aweful company to work for.

The food was so good before Opaa came in to schools and took one of the only things to look forward to at school. Horrible nasty food very disappointed. And their reasoning for it being nasty is that it is healthier when in reality it isn't healthier at all. Seriously at my school we have chicken and waffles with syrup.

They have a can do will do spirit and have a passion to feed our students and staff! They always go the extra mile to make their day! Variety of choices served daily with a full fresh fruit and vegetable bar!! No one goes away hungry with Opaa!

GREAT company to work for. While many companies claim to have a family feel, Opaa! truly does. Every single person I have come in contact with have been the nicest and most helpful people I have ever worked for. From the President all the way down. If you truly want to be part of a family, this is the company to work for.

I love coming to work everyday! We provide healthy meals for the students and have fun while doing it. We are treated as family, appreciated and they promote with in.

Opaa! Food Management is by far the best company I have ever worked for. Everyone that works for this company, from the top down, really do live by Opaa! s Core Values and strive to Make Their Day! It is very difficult to find a company that actually lives and breathes their values, but Opaa! truly does.

I worked for this company in Belton Mo. last school year was not so bad. This school year started with a new GM. and it was a joke. All it was is games and drama. They have no clue of how to run a district. They treat employees like the are stupid also they disrespect there students

Food is good. Just wish kids didn't have to take fruits and vegetables if they don't want it. We are teaching our kids to be wasteful.

I have eaten the food many times. Worst ranch. I have had my own kids, and 10+ foster kids complain about the ranch dressing. Please do something about the ranch! My daughter packs a lunch 90% of the time. Oh her favorite meal is usually chicken nuggets! Not yours. I thought she was crazy, until I attempted to eat them! I seen more waste that day then other days!

No concern for their backbone employees. Expects unrealistic and impossible tasks to be completed in the short amount of work time allotted. No concern or care for major issues in the work environment. No concern for amount of food waste!
Hands down the WORST food company I've ever worked for!!!

My school lunch is provided by Opaa and there isn t a single student at my school that doesn t complain about the food. It s always cold and over cooked. They do a terrible job of providing true nutrition.

Great company to work for! They care about their employees and it shows through interactive employee training conferences. I have so much fun attending and meeting other employees in the company.

The food is decent but it is better than what we had before. I like that we now are getting stuff like chicken and waffles, different bars and other toppings. Some other food choices are bad like the all cheese pizza.

My high school had Sodexo and I usually skipped lunch. I had a chance to try Oppa and their food, and if I was still in high school I would have seriously considered transferring, because it is that much better.

Working for Opaa has been great. People genuinely seem to care for you. I have been asked numerous times how I'm holding up through the pandemic. The multi layered support system is also a breath of fresh air. I would recommend starting out with them in the kitchens while you are young and work your way up. it's one of those rare dream jobs. Weekends off is nice of to.

Y all food look like trash. Who puts cheez-itz on a pizza and don t get me started on y all smothered burrito it looks like someone nutted on it. Y all need Jesus
