Onyx Brands, Inc. Review

I ordered a bunch of products here that promises to improve my grooming. That's at least what they said but that is full of lies. It never improved my grooming. What a complete waste of money. Their products are overpriced and misleading. Their promises are too good to be true and I can't believe I fall for them. They are easily comparable to generic ones. Buy those and not these products.

Do not recommend buying from them not unless you are prepared to lose your hard earned money. Do not make any purchase!

Like many other brands, they sell overpriced products. Don't trust them. Shop local, and you'll probably get better quality than they are offering.

I think their nail dryers were pretty much useless as they were not effective. You can find better options elsewhere. Don't waste your time and money in trusting these people.

We had an amazing experience with Onyx Brands! There staff is professional, knowledgeable, and shipped very quick. I have 3 women in my fab Billy that use Onyx, and we were extremely impressed with the quality, and price point of there products! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The company provides many benefits to the employees to make them stick for long, but still, many employees are not happy. Why? Because the top lady is not competent enough and is not a very good person to work with. You'll do better if you don't join the company.

So I live in Colorado. I have a lot of the bath bombs this company has and I like them a lot. I would have to say though, I use LUSH bombs and Fragrant Jewels a lot and these are on that level for sure. I hope someone gets this review because I think it would be cool if you guys came out with bubble bars they are really cool and bubble baths and definitely still in style. My partner even loves them. Sounds like some of these other guys have a personal problem with this company but at the end of the day it shows that they are very professional and successful in what they do.

I have no idea what the last reviewer was talking about. Hardwood floors throughout the building. Full gym and multiple kitchens for employees. I am guessing this was alsomeone who got fired and decided to leave bad reviews.

The company is true to their vision, having a packaging that would sell their products. And they do, because of the nice packaging that attracts so many. But the ends there, their products are only good to see but the quality itself doesn't keep up to standards.

Their body scrub smells nice but is hard to get rid it off. It can be quite sticky and doesn't get rinsed easily.

They are over-eager to make sales. You will be pushed to buy this and then that over and over again. They must learn how to back off and not test the patience of the customers.

Honestly I wasn't impressed. Their products are overpriced and mediocre end result. Also, took way to long to receive my orders and emails are not answered in a timely matter. I will never buy from this store again.

I think their products didn't go quality control. I ordered a couple of their body wash and there was one that has less product than the others.

I bought an "anti-swelling leg mask" from them because I have trouble in that area when it's hot outside. The package says the masks are to reduce leg swelling. I followed the instructions and put the mask on my foot for 15 minutes. I took it off and not to my surprise, this product did nothing for me. My foot is still swollen. The only difference is that now it also smells like mint.

The nail polish remover wipes were all dried up from the package.

No stars deserved for this business. I purchased one of their foot care products. After using it for several weeks with no results, I wanted to return it. I emailed customer care about it but have not gotten a reply. I will never buy on their site again and I do not advise anyone to do so.

Picked up load. Load was not ready but they worked hard to wrap it and load me. About 2 hours. Nice people

Worst company to work for. Marsha Martin is the worst person to deal with. She will talk to you like you aren't worth anything. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT work for this company. Seriously not worth it.

For a price that is not cheap, the products are meh.. Sure their products look nice, but they don't match the quality. Tried their nail care tools and they break easily. Not worth the price.

The products are not worth the money. You can shop local and get better quality. They are looting people in the name of being a "brand." Save your time and money by skipping them!

Marsha Martin is hands down one of the most corrupt business owners in Little Rock. She is paying to have false positive reviews written about her on job sites, but please do not believe the lies. She was recorded on video clocking out Onyx employees so that they could not get overtime pay when she forced them to stay and work overtime hours under the threat of being fired (a law suit was filed, but of course she settled out of court to try to avoid the negative publicity). She is a pathological liar, to the extent that she fully believes her own falsehoods no matter how obvious it is to everyone in the room that she's not being truthful. If you are considering joining Onyx brands, please save yourself. You will experience first hand the epitome of shear arrogance, pure incompetence and gross ignorance when you get to know the true Marsha Martin, and you will have wasted all that time you could have spent with a good company. She is the worst business owner in Little Rock and perhaps the dirtiest in all of Arkansas.
