Their terms and conditions for a "free" thermostat install are so vague , but their conditions upon inspection are so specific, most people would not qualify. Traditional bait-and-switch tactics. This is a deceptive business, do not waste your time.
Just had our furnace and AC installed by OES. The representative was very helpful and instrumental with finding rebates. He suggested an upgrade of our water heater tank to a tankless system which increased our efficiency so we got a rebate that covered most of the cost. Highly recommended
We contacted Ontario Energy Savings in order to upgrade our HVAC system, the representative was very polite and arrived on time, they offered a variety of choices in equipment and payment methods. They also helped us to apply for our rebates and save a big portion of our cost. Definitely refering them to my friends and family.
Came by to install a "free" thermostat which was basically just a way to get in your home and upsell you on a new furnace and give you a ridiculous monthly fee, safe yourself the time and don't fall for the scam.........

These people are SCAMS just trying to get your money can't even get ahold of them they all have different numbers big mistake letting them in scams
AC broke down during a heat wave, I called a couple of contractors to give me a quote. Guys at Ontario Energy Savings came in a competitive price and had professional installer replace the unit next day. Great service!
DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY. On August 23, our AC unit broke down and we had the following replaced: control board for unit, compressor relay part and Honeywell programmable thermostat. We paid $930.93. As of this weekend, our heating is not working. I have called several times, and was only able to reach Rob - Fabrizio's dispatcher - once. I explained to him that we had our unit serviced and the heating is not working and he said he'll look into it and get back to me. He has not. I have tried calling several times, and when I call, it now goes straight to voicemail. Meanwhile, the condo is freezing and we're out over $900.
Update: I finally got in touch with Fabrizio, who said he was going to send a technician. Then the technician calls and says he can't make it. I try calling back to figure out what's going and guess what - he forwarded the phone to a 3rd party answering service who said they will pass the message along to the sales department!!
Final update: Never heard back from Fabrizio. Finally had to call another company to re-install everything because he said whoever installed the thermostat and parts did it incorrectly and I WAY overpaid. FYI - the only reason there are good reviews for this company is because Fabrizio solicited good reviews. Even BEFORE he did my service he asked me to post good reviews for his company because he knows that's the ONLY way he'll get good reviews. STAY AWAY or risk being ripped off like I was.
