this place is terrible. so much favoritism. and its so run down in there. the environment is dirty. the supervisors are never there and don't help even when they are. they make different schemes every month so they can take your commission. its a terrible place to work. don't work there.

I've worked here for more than a year and have been blessed to work with a lot of extremely fun, talented individuals who want to earn their opportunities. If you want steady employment and growth potential that is real, consider joining this team.

I just quit working here. At first my hours were completely different during the interview. It wasn't until the day of training they said this was NOW a Wed-Sun schedule. So, I told myself I'd tough it out, do these hours and wait until January until i can switch. So.. I waited. Then the commission structure changed, then a new location was opened and all new hires are getting $2 more than the other location. I made commission. I did what I was supposed to do and got alot of "boxes" a day but that getting LESS than new hires was really unsettling. So...I continued my patience. Until I got wrote up for going 3 seconds over my 10 minute break (which their computers taking forever to come back up wasn't to be blamed at all.) THEN I got babysat and monitored constantly while newbys weren't getting ANY sales. So really confused by why that was. It all was just annoying and got old real quick. If your desperate or 18-20 you'll like it here.

When I first started my job here I absolutely loved everything about it! I loved the hours, the people, the benefits, the incentives, the management and everything else that went along with it. But as time went on things changed, starting with schedule and hours to management, commissions, and so much more. One Touch needs to take a step back and reorganize themselves before hiring and firing anyone else. The chaos and lack of floor support/supervisors is definitely a short coming. One Touch needs to be a place that people love working for again.

The trainer at OTD attitude was poor i had to check him a few times about the way he felt like he could speak to me am sure all of us has our different experiences some are good some are bad but how can you be rude to me when you babysitting and discussing your family personal business talking about your in laws who you live with while you training me people get it together get it together learn how to separate your personal life from your professional life

I came to OTD as an agent and planned to only be here for 2 months so that I could get insurance until the end of the year. Well its been 5 years and I am still here. Its like a family here. There is no other company like it!

This place is extremely unprofessional I was hired to start working for this company. The day before I was supposed to start training I received a phone call changing the time and department I was going to be working for. The first day of training I arrived 15 minutes early, I checked in at the front desk and told the receptionist I was there for training she told me ok handed me my job ID and told me to have a seat. I sat there and waited for two hours to later be told I can come back a week later and start training if I wanted to because they had over booked the training class and took walk-ins to start work right away!!!! I spoke with the director of the site who told me that he wasn t his fault that I waited that long and there was nothing he could do about it. He told me I either want the job and can come back or I can just leave!!!! I don t not recommend anyone applying for this company.

One Touch Direct is the absolute worse company known to man if you ever go on Shannon team ask to move immediately she will tell you about her drama that she had a baby by a guy that works there and his new girlfriend. they are very unorganized and the whole call center on west sligh is infested the call center is full of drama I was fired because I only got one week of training and didn t even get nesting. For the pay it s not worthed the call center is filthy the carpet needs to be pulled up the seats are filthy Nicole the director will pretend like she likes you and will Stab you in the back the whole management is a joke Someone just quit one of the big directors I guess he had enough of the drama make one Touch Direct your last choice.

I've been working here for about a year now under the T-Mobile telesale program. Now I must say that the job it ALOT eaiser than alot of other phone commission jobs for the simple fact of it being inbound instead of outbound. Only down side is about the pay out issues. I thought all the rumors weren't true until i seen it myself and it keeps happening over and over again. They keep having issues with your pay checks and commission portion and each time they have a bullshit excuse. I honestly think they do it just to see how many people won't notice and how much they can get away with. But aside from the money issue its a very flexible job. There is a high turnover rate but its because they higher a bus load of stupid people. And they probably do that because they won't search for their missing money

This job is horrible don t work here!!!!!! They only pay $10 an hour and they don t care about their employees. They don t pay you for your hard work commission most of the time and they won t pay you for your employee referrals . Horrible company !!! Trust me and also I put my 2 weeks notice in and in the middle of the last 2nd week my supervisor called me saying sorry onetouch direct has terminated you so now you won t be getting your PTO (paid time off) that I earned. So if you put a 2 weeks notice in , they will fire you and they said they don t rehire even if you leave with a 2 weeks notice . It s sad and unprofessional.

Watch your paychecks very closely, they will mysteriously forget to add all your hours on your checks. I've heard a lot of complaints from others with this same problem. The department of labor will have a field day with this information if they were ever notified. Too many employees have to file discrepancies each pay period to have their paychecks corrected. This is not professional, I find it odd that its never an over-payment on checks, it's always under calculated hours.

I have worked for One Touch Direct for a few years now. When I first started at One touch, I had planned on taking a position here until I found a position on my original line of work. I'm still here and happy about it!!! Once I started working for One Touch I found that it was a great place to improve on my sales skills and the people were really nice. I have recommend One Touch to some of my friends and family and they too are happy working here. If your looking for a place to work with unlimited income and advancement potential, then look no further.

The most stupidest job to work for..... it's favoritism between the Reps and the supervisors and the higher-ups . They also don't know how to handle situations properly I had gotten HR involved with a situation that I got involved in unfortunately at work and I got zero help the man is still working there that I had to do the HR complaint on. I can tell you right now don't do it get as far away from this place as possible. Bonuses you won't see them on your check ....gift cards and all the little incentives that you win you don't really win them cuz it comes right out of your check!

This was an email I sent as a response to Chris Reed at One Touch Direct. He sent me an email asking me why I left and why it didn t work out. Below is my response. Here s hoping you have time to read all this. I don t plan on holding back anything or sugar coating. Working at One Touch Direct for my brief amount of time was one of the worst jobs I ve ever had in my life. For a company who says they put their people first after working there for less than a month, it was apparent this place did not care for their employees. I was promised a Monday to Friday 9 to 6pm job for 15 an hour. Two days before training started we had gotten a phone call saying we would be Tuesday to Saturday from 10-7 for only 12. My husband works 3 jobs, two on weekends and one during the week. I also have a two year old son. His daycare is only open Monday to Friday from 7am til 6pm. The disregard this company has for MY child, the fact I need to be there for him, One Touch doesn t care about people with kids. I wasn t making enough money at 12 an hour for my husband to quit one of his weekend jobs. I needed a job badly and Robert Jackson the recruiter knew it. I also have friends in Buffalo,NY. A single man with no kids to care for, was doing THE SAME EXACT JOB AS ME(in T-Mobile) and he was working Monday to Friday from 9 to 6 for 15 an hour. And here I am, doing the same job, for less money with worse hours? When I addressed this, I was told If you re not happy you better hand in your two weeks notice. That s what I was told. Nicole, the site manager, said if we came to all of our training and were on time, we would receive a 3 dollar incentive, bringing us to 15 an hour until January 6th. When we got our first paychecks on December 28th, our checks were short TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS. ON THE FIRST CHECK. We were told that that money will be in your next check. So I have to wait two more weeks for the money that was designated for bills on the 28th????? That s pretty messed up. The place was a disorganized mess. Richard, our trainer, was on his cell phone the entire time. Texting his wife. Checking Facebook. But I saw people get fired for being on their phones. Do as I say, not as I do right? I saw supervisors on the call floor, taking Snapchat videos with stupid filters. Shouldn t your supervisors be leading by example? Elvin, the other trainer who was up in Buffalo doing their training, was watching us new folk do our jobs. He would come up and ask us what are you guys doing? We would respond what Richard told us to do. Elvin would respond you re not doing it right. So why do you have a trainer who is training new people the WRONG WAY? I would not recommend working at One Touch Direct. I did not give two weeks notice when I quit. That place had no respect for me. So why should I have given two weeks notice to a place that didn t care about me, as an employee. I will be posting this entire review on indeed as well as glass door and zip recruiter.

I've been with OTD for 2 years now as a QA Specialist and I LOVE WORKING THERE! It's a fun place and I love the fact that I'm able to work with people to help them improve and develop! Management is great and they make sure that everyone is taken care of! It's flexible and it's great to be able to make up your time when you're not able to come in to work! Nichole the site director and everyone in management are awesome!!

I told our daughter not to entertain working here. She did it anyway. Day two of training, folks cutting up with Evony(sp?) and all is well until she ASSUMES my daughter says something about her when she was actually inquiring about the well being of another "new hire" that was upset and crying. That assumption caused a great deal of unnecessary drama and resulted in early release for the day. Evony, a grown woman, representative of this organization and, obviously unprofessional literally told my daughter, "I'll catch you outside." Seriously?! Grow the hell up and One Touch needs to consider employing more professional people. I've read through a ton of the other reviews and while there are a few good, majority reflects constant drama, childish behavior on behalf of representatives of this organization, and the utmost unprofessionalism. So much that they can't possibly not have a ton of legitimate HR issues. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. You've been warned.

I was called immediately after submitting my resume, It starts off as a phone interview. I was interviewed by a gentlemen named Sam he was very professional asked some really good questions as to why i would want to work there, mind you i was nervous but after talking to him for a good 3-5 minutes he could tell i was a good applicant ready to work because they brought me in for a face to face interview met with several supervisors and executives there who definitely made me feel comfortable about the position and the work environment, they even gave me time to put in a 2 weeks notice with the company i was already working for and ever since then I've been living the dream working at One Touch. Great place to work, Great environment, they let you know they care! i really like it here.

They were quick to call for an interview in which of course I was excited to go to. I interviewed with 3 different people, the first one I thought went great, the second one I got skeptical about. He asked me if I was single, married, divorced, I said single and he was like "that's good" and if I had any kids in which I told him I have one on the way and gave him a confused look because I know it is inappropriate and illegal to ask in a job interview and I have never been to a job interview where they asked me that before. That should have nothing to do with whether I get the job or not. The third guy asked me maybe two questions and then walked me to the back door where I had to escort myself to the front of the other building. They said I would hear from Sam within 24-48 hours in which I never got a call. I called and left a voicemail and of course no one bothered to even call back. I'm now glad I didn't get the job because they seem unprofessional and the questions they ask are irrelevant to the job and can tell there is discrimination there.

Wow I was actually thinking about going to apply there, but now it makes me want to switch my carrier to Verizon. My husband makes more than enough to sustain our family. I simply thought a job would be a great way to get out of the house but I m glad I didn t waste my time and honestly this just makes t-mobile look pathetic. Apparently this is the best they can do. Definitely not applying here and definitely definitely gunna switch carriers. I don t like companies who steal.

This place is a joke. This place a sexual harassment wet dream, Management is non existent. They lie so they can take your commission. The people that work there look like the extra cast of the Bad Girls Club. Mike Murry, is a horrible top Manager, ER department doesn't do any there when there's a problem, They give away iPADs and tv's then charge it right out of your check. They are always hiring, just so they can steal peoples commissions, I know how hard it is to get a job. But i can tell you this, if you want to chase your money, and work in a hell hole sweat shop , then you are at the right place. You can rat out hell and work there.

Bare with me because this is a long post but it's important people know how OTD treats their applicants and new employees. I had my second interview with this company the Tuesday before Thanksgiving week, of which the interviewer stated she would call me by the following day with a response as to whether I was chosen for the Remote Call Rep position. My interview went great so I had high hopes. I received no call the following day so I decided to wait an extra day to give the company more time to review all applicant profiles. Thursday I called, in which case the interviewer stated she was still conducting interviews and would call me the following day. By Friday, I figured I would stop calling since I hadn't received a response by said person. Monday of Thanksgiving week roles around and I receive an email stating that I am chosen for the position! I am so excited and quickly give my active job a notice to leave their company. I complete all required pre-screening tasks, as well as send my proof of education to complete my profile before my start date. The Thursday after Thanksgiving was supposed to be my start date but I never got an updated email nor phone call verifying that I am good to go for training. Due to this, I call my second interviewer on Wednesday, the day before my expected start date. There was no answer so I left a voicemail. Later that day I get a phone call from the Director of Operations, someone I had never spoken to before, just to receive news that they are acting as a messenger to let me know that the program for the position I was given no longer exists. There was a complete lack of communication during the hiring process and I was told a day before starting that I am not going to be working for OTD. I quit my job to work for these people and am now unemployed because they were inconsiderate enough to waste my time. I do not trust OTD and question their legitimacy as a company.

One Touch Direct takes great pride in the way they run their business. They care about their employees and put a lot of thought into inspiring each and every employee. The business owners are honest and ethical in their business practices and encourages their leaders to create a great atmosphere for everyone. OTD has received several accolades from clients for being their best partner site. I am extremely proud to tell others that I work for One Touch Direct.

Good pay. Managers are a little disorganized. Employees are ratchet. This is like HS just get in, get your money & get out. Recommend this place to work of new to call centers or looking for stable income with very decent pay
