I usually never write reviews for anything, but I loved everything about my experience and had to share. Employees were extremely helpful and polite, the environment was clean, and I walked out with a bag in my hand! Definitely going again next time I visit Boston.

Dre is awesome. Great store with a wide selection of clothing and unique decks and antiques.

I bought my first skateboard at One Gig and vendors were really helpful and gave great advice to get started. I ll definitely go back there if I need accessories.

I went shopping for gifts for my boyfriend here and was pleasantly surprised by the selection and the staff. They helped me figure out what would fit him and pick pieces that matched well. Good prices, good quality, and great staff.

So off the bat, it's a bit hidden. Not sure if we are going for hidden gem or just hiding. Once I got inside though, everyone was really nice- I'm new to skating and they sorted me out of some basic stuff. I definitely didn't feel pressured to commit to a new board or something, they showed me some stuff I wanted to see and I bought some stuff. Easy- I'll be going back when I need more wares.

Great skate and fashion store in Downtown Crossing. OneGig staff are reliably chill and friendly. There is a great selection of hip clothing as well as accessories and skateboards.

Highly recommend it to locals and visiting skaters. Great place great style. Check it out

It'd been a while since I last skated and as my roommate recently lent me his longboard, I found myself desiring a suitable board for myself. I looked around online and was hesitant to order a board that night not suit me. I came into One Gig with a rough idea as to what I wanted. The sales team helped narrow down the perfect board for me. I couldn't ask for a better experience! Thanks!

I went in to the shop today for the first time and I can honestly say that it was a great experience, they helped me with everything I needed and answered every question with no hesitation we need more shops like this. you can tell they will treat you with respect no matter what your skate level. Much respect I will definitely recommend you guys to all of my friends and family. Keep doing what your doing!

Cool skate shop with lots of board styles. Plenty of long boards and popsicles. They even have penny boards. Lots of clothing options as well. They will also put a board together for you.

Got a great board, the staff is super wonderful, and the prices were very fair.

Love the place! I usually build my boards separately from a scatter of different suppliers and this was my first time I've ever gotten a board that was fully customized and built at a shop. The people there know what they're doing and can recommend stuff pretty well based on their own experiences. One small problem was the boards weren't as diverse to the point where you could ask for a specific board in a specific size and design on the spot (probably due to covid-19), but with all the cool designs and and a pretty good range of sizes it didn't matter too much. Also Dre was supper nice and made sure setting up the boards was quick and easy. After ten minutes they had me all set up and I was already down the street with a new board. Definitely going to be ordering stuff from their store.

This place isn't bad. I was looking for a skate shop, but I walked into an apparel store. The main floor and much of the 2nd, are just clothes and jackets. There's some boards and equipment, but I'd say it makes up maybe 25% of their inventory.

That being said, the store was very clean, the staff were incredibly nice and knowledgeable, and the prices were fair. Is this place perfect? Not for me, but will I return for my skateboarding needs? Very good chance.

I first bought a skateboard off of Amazon which got me to hate skating. Then I bought a skate here and I am having so much fun!

The best I ve staff met at any store. Everyone s very nice and knowledgable to the point where I feel very welcome to shop and ask questions. They have a pretty large verify of skateboard components, complete long boards and a ton of sweet locally designed clothes. When you walk in everything seems very quality and the store itself is very well kept. Everything my friends and I have bought made us extremely happy with our purchase. I highly recommend you go there to shop and support them because skate shops have been having a difficult time in Boston with the pandemic.

ONE GIG is THE place. Independent ownership supporting local artists and brands as well a super selection of more established brands. ONE GIG offers 1 of 1 original pieces that are fierce and the whole atmosphere is one of creativity and celebration.

Skaters have plenty of fresh boards to pick from up on the second floor. Only the best wheels, trucks, etc.

Great selection, convenient location, friendly and helpful staff. I was in and out with a complete in 10 minutes, even with an adjustment to my wheels. Raises the bar for skateshops.

i was walking around the area after jiu-jitsu practice and ran across the store. they have some pretty dope stuff in there, and the staff is super friendly. will defo be stopping by later to cop some gear
