Plan was good for awhile. Now it's horrible product hardly works anymore. I would stay away. I already paid the large amount for the product so I'm kinda stuck, but you can save yourself and find something better.
I have not had working service for weeks now. Impact still charges me full price each month on my credit card, but they do not return customer service phone calls or emails. At the very least I would like to talk to someone about canceling my service if it is not going to work anymore. If you haven t already, don t sign up with them.
Worked for LESS than 30 days. I'll be filing fraud charges because they dont respond to their emails/phone calls. If you're reading this just go through your bank or paypal to get your money back.

Worst company ever to deal with! They completely take advantage of their customers and then offer no customer support what so ever afterwards! Save yourself a headache and money and shop somewhere else!
I much rather have a little higher cell phone bill then to deal with these people! I ve had to go through 2 SIM cards and 2 new numbers in less than a year. It was supposedly a different company but the ceo of this business was the only person I had anything to do with the whole time. I feel like I was taken advantage of.
These guys go above and beyond and provide the best customer experience I've ever had!! Definitely getting all my friends and family to switch over asap!! They were taken advantage of by another company that they trusted and not only have they been transparent about the entire ordeal, but they are stepping up to actually create a solution!!! They are at the same level of doing right by the customer as TMobile in my opinion, and that's a hard level to reach

Constantly down... no customer service... I have invested well over a thousand in new devices they sell none of them work... they have been off the map almost two weeks a recording says they are aware of network problems... I have two locations, neither works. It was great in the beginning g... I don t think they know what they are doing and they don t have enough tech support
