I LOVE THIS BUILDING. I have been here for about a year and just signed my lease for a second year and couldn t be more happy ! This property has turned around so much and is such a safe , clean, happy environment to live in. The office staff is always so accommodating as well as the maintence! I would recommend this property to anyone!
What can I say? Laurie and Bianca have been amazing. Not only did they make it feel like home BEFORE moving in, they were fun, humorous, and down to earth. During the rental application process they were informative and attentive. Thank you so much for everything.

Not worth the high rent. Not well managed or cleaned. Constant issues with plumbing, and trash disposal. Would not recommend living here, unless you don't care about the environment in which you live, you'll fit right in.
Very bad experience I will never go there I been waiting for 2 months to get my security deposit back and they keep telling me give us your name and your new address and I gave it to them 3 times I don't know how many times I have to give it to them!!

One Webster Apartments hands down is the best place to live! Laurie facetimed us because we lived in Nebraska and got a job opportunity in Boston, so we could't stop in for a viewing. Glad we did the facetime tour.. My wife and I couldn't be happier with our new home.
There is a reason its One Webster and that is because it is the #1 best property i have ever lived at. I first moved in when it was the dream team Brett and Laurie cant get much better staff than that. It is now Luis and Laurie and I didn't think it could get better than when i first moved in but i was wrong. Laurie is always there to help with any questions i may have and there is nothing that Luis cant fix. Thank you guys so much for all that you do i look forward to resigning.

We moved here last year and so far, everything is fine. But the main issue is the lady who works inside the office. Her name is "Gabriella". Don't deal with her; she might be sweet and nice to you at first but she is very unprofessional, ignorant and rude. She has this attitude and she thinks it's ok to be that way. If you ask her questions more than twice, forget it. I had an issue with my package once and told her that it says it was delivered already. She was like Oh I know my job trust me. And later the package was in her office next to her desk. Small stuffs like this really matters when I am paying over $1900.00 for an apartment like this with Dog smell and poop everywhere.

Seriously you d be better off living in your car than ever deciding to live here. It s a horrible apartment building, they repeatedly overcharged for our water bill, left fecal matter in the hallways, let people smoke inside and throw parties, let people steal our mail for months without putting in cameras, and the gym equipment never worked. After having enough of the harassment from the office personnel, we gave 60 days notice. Followed everything in our lease to a T. Two years later sent us to collections for $6000 and they never sent us a bill for anything and never gave us our security deposit back. NEVER MOVE HERE!
I have lived in 1 Webster for a year today. I feel the need to write this review because of the continued bad reviews I have read regarding this building I call home and the staff that manage it.
I love this building and the unit I live in on the 4th floor. The management team here is continually working to improve the building and I have seen new hard wood floors and Boston back bay murals put in place on my floor specifically during the year I have lived here. I have never had any issues that 1 Webster did not take care of in less then 24hrs.
Lori who works in the office has been extremely helpful and has always been the first person I would go to if I ever had any issues with parking or my unit. I have lived in other apartment buildings where the management team would treat you as a number and not as a person who calls the building home.
I would highly recommend 1 Webster and encourage anyone to live here in these beautiful apartments. Just go to the office and ask for Lori, tell her AJ sent you.
We've been here for almost 3 years now. The first property manager was not very tenant friendly. We now have Laurie and she has been nothing but helpful and friendly. I have now renewed my lease twice with her and she was very helpful both times. The only request I have is that the laundry facilities be updated, but currently everything else is great.
Terrible customer service! I was really interested in moving there and then after 2 minutes in the office with the manager I walked out. I make plenty of money.. wasn't worried about anything, low class people

Today I attended the Office to deliver the keys due to the exit order of the apartment! I asked Lauren for information about the values, she was extremely rude to me, I was very mistreated! She left and left me talking to myself! You refused to give me the Balance! The day I signed the contract I was well served but now when I leave the apartment I'm being mistreated, I'm feeling very offended, the assistant secretary was very attentive and explained everything to me as I asked! Lauren was rude, she refused to talk to me and explain! He turned his back on me and left! I think it's absurd to be treated that way regardless of what happened! I hope this is notified!
We applied for a one bedroom and was told $1700 a month so we paid a $315 application fee. Then when we went to sign the lease it changed to $1800 a month and they would not honor the original price. So we decided not to move in and they refused to give us back the $315 for the application fee, which is not ok, because we were mislead with the fees and lied to. We're very disappointed with them. I would I appreciate a manager contact me to solve this issue, since no one has been able to help so far.
I have decided to renew my lease here because of the amazing staff. Laurie and Hira are amazing along with the newest addition to the maintenance team Bret. Love the convienence of how close it is to the new silver line in Chelsea. Close to airport and shopping. The pool was great this year and our lifeguard Martin was terrific! Hopefully he will be coming back from Slovakia next year!
There s a gym downstairs, you can literally roll out of bed and hop on the elevator to workout. Parking is awesome and safe, they have garage or regular spots available. If you order big packages in the mail they will hold them in the office for you. Always look forward to seeing their smiling faces when I walk in the building.
One Webster is awesome. The staff and management are wonderful and we love our unit. All updated appliances and very spacious. The location is great and there are a myriad of restaurants, gyms and shops within a mile radius. Highly recommend one Webster.

Great place to live! We relocated from Chicago and we rented site unseen.. well, FaceTime tour with another unit that wasn t going to be ours. We fell in love with the apartment as well as the location. Laurie was beyond helpful, friendly and most importantly professional, she even gave us some history of Chelsea because she grew up here and has helped us know what places to go to... I call Laurie my tour guide as well! Laurie is one of the reasons we leased at One Webster and we are so thankful we did!!

Went to look at the apartment and everything was great. Decided to move forward and sign a 12 month lease so put down the 300 dollar deposit. When the paper work came through they changed it to a 15 month lease instead. Did not want to do a 15 month lease and they wouldn't honor the original 12 month as previously stated. Would not refund the 300 dollar deposit. Very unprofessional.

****LEGIT REVIEW***** I lived at One Webster for over a year and I was extremely happy with my stay and very, very sad to leave (as life takes you other places.) Any concern's or problems I had were always taken care of and corrected. The leasing manager, Laurie Toomey has made all the difference - friendly, professional and a quick problem solver and certainly went WAY above and beyond for some residents morning and night. In reading some of these other untruthful reviews, I never encountered 99% of these problems. I'd move back to One Web in a heartbeat and it will be the first place I look if I come back to Boston.
Everyone is extremely nice at One Webster from the tenants to the staff. Laurie Toomey, the property manager, has gone out of her way numerous times to ensure my moving in process went smoothly. I would highly recommend one webster to anyone looking to live close to the city.

Since I moved in couple months ago, I only had an issue with the neighbors' kid upstairs making a lot of noise early in the morning. I brought up the issue with the new management team and they have been working closely with me to resolve the issue which got better. Laurie is the property manager there and she is great and always ready to listens to your concert. Great place to live.

I recently moved into one webster Avenue. From the beginning, Laurie and the rest of the leasing and maintenance staff have made this process easy and accommodating. Laurie is awesome she has always been their to answer every question I ve had, during or even after hours. So far my experience has been exceptional, the apartment unit and building is beautiful, spacious and extremely clean, which I looked for during this pandemic. Close to to the city, plenty of shopping near by.. most of all my experience with the staff especially Laurie has been great, she is always their to help make my living experience here as smooth as possible, which it has been. If you are looking for a place close to Boston, I couldn t recommend One Webster Avenue enough. Thank you Laurie and staff!
currently i live in one webster apts , and i definitely doest have any complaint about nothing, i love the staffs, since we moved there (7 months ago ) the first girl on the office was really nice with us, and also the general manager Kristin and the new lady is also really nice, they all are really nice and if i need anything i just need come in the office and tell them what i need or what is my problem
and in the same time they try to fix the problem.. they was painting all the hallways last week and now looks great , the carpet in the 3 floor and 4 floor is old , and probably some animals pee there .. but i think the tenants should take care more of they dogs when they go outside ..is not only the building or the office problem.. i can give them a 5 stars because they never disappoint me , and i definitely recommend the building.. just before u come live there , see all the rules and make sure u can follow all those ..

Please don't waste your time Laurie was very nice until I payed my down payment of 400 dollars. Assuming she would hold the apartment for at least a week. She denied my application within 2 days. (The weekend) I have yet to get my money back . Good thing I saved everything I'll take it to small claims court if need be.

I moved here from Phoenix, Arizona, with high expectations. And, One Webster didn t disappoint. Compared to other properties in the area, of equal quality, rent is very affordable. Also, public transportation is easily accessible, and the apartment complex is located near the airport. In addition, One Webster is one of the few rental properties with a pool. Which, I might add, is well maintained and supervised. Last, but not least, the current property manager, Laurie, is very helpful, and willing to hastily address any issues that may arise.
I wrote a review before, but I guess they didn't like what I had to say and removed it. I lived here for almost two years, up until 3 weeks ago. Overall, the place isn't terrible. My apartment itself was clean and I had no issues with my neighbors except once I had to call in a noise complaint. Laurie the manager, was very nice to me. There were a couple of times where she seemed frustrated but that may have been because everyone was complaining about the same issues. Also, my husband always seemed to have a bad experience when talking to her. Many things are wrong with these apartments, if you are looking at the reviews trust the lower ones here, they are pretty much on point. Equipment is outdated, dog poop/urine everywhere. Last winter we spent days without running water due to pipes freezing. Everytime it rained, the ground floor was flooded. I also had serveral issues when parked outside. Which made paying so much for the garage worth it. Also, they raised the rent, and started charging for water and I overheard someone in the office talking about they might get coin laundry. Moving out, I've never heard of any apartment building, specially "luxury" apartments making tenants clean and paint before moving. It just seemed to me like you pay so much money for rent, only to get all the responsibility of a homeowner. Other buildings you may pay a little more, but trust me, any other place is worth it.
Took forever to find a new place because rent is so crazy everywhere else but Laurie has been a godsend. The apartments and pricing are great but she is definitely half the reason i chose to move in here. She is the most helpful person in the office.
Laurie is the best, the apartments are gorgeous and the area is lively! The school can be a little noisy and every building has its issues, but at least this one cares enough to fix issues

We lived here for close to three years from 2015 - 2018. We moved out OVER TWO YEARS AGO. And we always paid on time. We were literally just sent a collections notice out of nowhere for god knows what because I have email confirmations confirming we didn t owe them anything. Do not live here.
No one has offer me any incentive to write this review (I wish they were). So, before I move to OneWebster I was kind of stress looking for a nice apt, near to boston, to my work place and in one nice location, we are talking about Boston so the prices was extremelly higher and some good deals was like 30 minutes far from here and the traffic during the rush hour will be worst and long than this, so not worth for me. accidentally I found the ONEWEBSTER!it is a Nice place/good deal/near to Boston and the price is not a crazy expensive rent and im still just a few minutes from the SeaPort area.
And Well, I will give 5 stars to live here because the place is good and Im enjoying. The ZipCode isn t the best part of Boston or MA, but its ok - its safe And this is important, and I haven t see any issue so far.
Around here its a quiet neighborhood, there is some good condo/apts, its clean as well.
The building location for me is the key - near to the airport, near to boston, easy access to the silver line, we don t need to go trough the town of chelsea or east boston to go to Boston.
The Unit its fine, is not A luxury apt and thus is true, but its good. I v been living here for over 8 months and I don t have Any complaint!! . I do looking forward to renew my lease actually because I do enjoy live here.
