We applied for a one bedroom and was told $1700 a month so we paid a $315 application fee. Then when we went to sign the lease it changed to $1800 a month and they would not honor the original price. So we decided not to move in and they refused to give us back the $315 for the application fee, which is not ok, because we were mislead with the fees and lied to. We're very disappointed with them. I would I appreciate a manager contact me to solve this issue, since no one has been able to help so far.
