Since I moved in couple months ago, I only had an issue with the neighbors' kid upstairs making a lot of noise early in the morning. I brought up the issue with the new management team and they have been working closely with me to resolve the issue which got better. Laurie is the property manager there and she is great and always ready to listens to your concert. Great place to live.
