Charming hotel located in the Barrio de las Letras, next to the Museo Del Prado and 15 minutes walk from the Puerta del Sol. Modern, clean and quiet design room. Very clean bathroom and spacious shower. There is no breakfast but nespresso capsules are provided. Highly recommended !

One Shot Prado is an excellent base for exploring Madrid -- especially the Golden Triangle and the surrounding neighborhoods. Rooms are sufficient but could be a little cleaner (hence the four-star rating). Still highly recommended for budget travelers or anyone else who wants comfortable yet affordable accommodations in the cultural heart of the city.
It has surprised me, it is very central, very careful and modern. The room a little small but with everything at hand and very well equipped. It does not have a cafeteria but you can have coffee I recommend it I'll go back
Clean, quiet, centrally located for visiting museums, good restaurants and tapas bars nearby. Very helpful staff especially Tomas. Get a balcony room for fresh air and to check the weather. Spent a week and wished to stay longer!
Cozy, young, friendly, helpful staff. There is no coffee shop for breakfast, but each floor has a nespresso machine and cookies for free. Room spacious, clean, modern (and the mirror is TV!), Quiet street. Good price
Very clean and comfortable hotel and close to the Prado. The area has many restaurants and bars in easy walking distance. The room was air conditioned and came with cable tv, mini bar, safe, basic toiletries, coffee, and a very large walk in shower with rain fall shower head. Although the room is a bit on the small side it has a modern decor and is tastefully done. Check in was at 2:00 pm. We arrived a bit early and the staff cheerfully stored our luggage while we went to lunch. We came back to the hotel about 15 mins before check in and our room was ready. I would gladly stay here again.
Stayed at One Shot with my husband for one night when our flight was changed. The staff was helpful (called about the broken hair dryer and had a replacement in minutes), the hotel was very clean, I liked our rain shower. The room was small, and the bed was two twins pushed together- but we spent very little time in the room- and most of our time visiting bars, restaurants and local history. For the price, the hotel was excellent.
Cozy hotel, with modern facilities, elegant and very tasteful. The staff of the best I've seen, attentive and friendly. The excellent location, two steps from the Plaza de Santa Ana, in El Barrio the letters. Very fair price for the service they provide. I will come back for sure! The details surround you in the room.
The hotel was really run down - lots of chips on cupboards and furniture, as well as many black markings along the walls - there's barely a spot of white wall. The floor boards were also so worn down. There are so many nicer hotels at a similar or even cheaper price than this one. Glad we only stayed for one night.
Supercentric site Friendly staff, clean rooms, the cleaning service, has a schedule, but if it coincides that it is 3:30 pm and you want to rest a little, the room will neither do it nor do it.
This hotel has the most difficult to use wifi and easiest moving bed. The wifi disconnects and ask for password every 10 minutes. The bed moves so much it's like sleeping on ice!
This place is okay. Definitely not a 3-star hotel, and DEFINITELY not a $200+/night spot. It's a decent one-step-above-a-hostel type of location but very, very over-priced for what you get. I'm not even a high maintenance guy, I just like to get what I pay for. The wifi hardly even worked and we had work to do. My wife and I weren't asking for rose pedals and a concierge, but for the price, you'd hope to at least have functioning wifi--or the resources for the front desk person to be able to fix it. Location is good. But for the same price, you can live in luxury at a chain like the Westin.
Even if you are a very close-knit couple, I recommend finding another accommodation. My vote is excellent on everything but the two stars are for the fever that made me peck and the bathrooms in the room ... literally in the room! Zero privacy, if you have to get up at night to go to the bathroom, the light will wake your partner because there is no dividing door, let alone if you have to do something else on the toilet ... a small door in transparent glass open above and below is all that that will divide you and stink from the beds in the room! MOUTH !! At least on vacation I would like to feel relaxed !!! Watch out for air conditioning: a sort of weekly timer is set, we went to sleep convinced it was all turned off, in fact the little light was off; we woke up with a nice cold, sore throat and fever because during the night the air had turned on at 18 degrees !!!! Ruined the last 2 days of holidays! I tell the hotel to check these basic things before a customer enters !!
Hotel is like the rest of Madrid's center; clean, friendly and spacy. Room and bathroom very functional and no one is going to disturb you at any time! Area is full oh restaurants and coffee shops, excellent choice!
