Attention to details putting all my computer parts in. Responsible and punctual. As a computer person, I would recommend them.

I've gone here twice and both times they told me they couldnt help me. First time my screen needed to be replaced in my laptop. they instead tried to sell me a marked up HP I left and got my computer FIXED elsewhere. I went in again becuase I needed a screw for my laptop case they told me it would cost 75$ to diagnose the screw necessary for the job. I asked to speak to the supervisor and he/she wasn't there I asked for the supervisor to call me and 2 days later still no call. I just wanted to buy the screw they didnt have to do anything with the computer. I left and got the screw elsewhere. terrible customer service and these guys are way over charging for everything from the initial diagnostic fee.

We went here because the clerk at Best Buy told us it was cheaper and faster.
Friendly and helpful employees, painless deposit and relatively quick repair after initial diagnosis. Pricing was cheap for what was done and im pleased with the Results!

When i sent to omnicomp, they told me it cost 75 bucks charge. After that i went to pick up, they said 238, 3 times 75, I have no idea, 3 labor for 238 and just reset my computer? So terrible. Never go this place again. But they actually fix my laptop. Too expensive and take too long to work on it.

Kind of odd that this is a technology company that is almost as old as Google and this is the first review, but, happy to report that you will be happy here.

Roger was very helpful offering advice to help troubleshoot and diagnose my laptop. Also suggested various options for data recovery that was much appreciated.

Been there three times, two times because a virus wiped out the computer. The first time the damage was so bad they had to restore to factory settings. Fortunately I had backup and could reload all my programs & data. The charge was $200 for 2 hrs work. The second time they removed another virus ( I forget the charge, but it was for 1 or 2 hrs. ) The third time, I took the computer apart to remove the battery to get a cold start because of another virus, and even though I am skilled at electronics, the tiny connectors in my laptop were too much for me. They put the computer back together and removed the virus and restored my data for $ 150.

These guys are fantastic! I trust them implicitly. Being a client means you get free tech support and that is priceless. If you ever need IT or computer help or any type of computer issues, these guys are the ones that can make it happen!
