I actually worked here as housekeeping. Ever since I left and the other girl left , it hasn't been very clean. I wouldn't work out there even if I wasn't worked there.

I love this place! I enjoy the Silver sneaker advantage of being with others my age and the instructor Sally is very caring about each of us. This is the best thing I have done for myself in a long time.

I don't think this gym utilizes their air conditioning unit too often because the times I went, it was hot as a sauna in there. Very Quiet atmosphere. Terrible staff. Plenty of machines to use is a plus. Wouldn't become a member though. Non of the employees spoke to me when I was in my 30 day trial

I am baffled by a company that posts an open event (truck or treat) supposed to be for children on multiple event platforms announcing trunk or treat, costumes, games etc, only to have my child disappointed upon arrival during the posted event times finding only 1 car to trunk or treat at, 1 table set up for temporary tattoos, and 1 set of cornhole's.
Trunk or treat at this event in my opinion was a bust.
Best advice I can suggest is if you become aware you will be underprepared, cancel the event instead of disappointing local children, and aggravating parents because now they have to explain to their hysterically crying children that the event is essentially closed, on a night that there are no other local options for additional trunk or treating scheduled to even attempt to console them.

It's a awesome facility to workout at by far one of the best gyms I've been to. Wonderful staff. Big thanks to John, Michelle, Ashley, and Melissa. Great group of people.

I ve had a membership with omni since 2009. Now that I have kids and use the daycare here & there it s gone downhill. I have a child with autism. There was an incident when I went to pick up both my boys from daycare after my work out and no one could find my son. He was in back of one of the bounce house sitting there looking at the blower and nobody noticed that he was gone and he had lost his socks and shoes and nobody knew where they went. This was a few years ago. I will not take my child on the spectrum there anymore because they don t know how to deal with a child with a disability. My youngest went with me a few weeks ago and no one was in the Kidzone area they were all with the younger children in a small room. There was one girl in there with probably 15 kids. My son wanted to go play in the area for the bigger kids in the Kidzone but no one was supervising & the inflatables were down. the poor lady looked like she hated her job in the younger children s area . I couldn t blame her! it look like they needed extra help. I honestly just had to

Omni Health and Fitness is a very nice facility with the the widest variety of fitness equipment in the area. The facility is very clean and maintenance to equipment is done much more expedient than at other competitors such as Gold's Gym and the Spa Fitness Centers. As someone that has spent years divided between both Gold's Gym locations, the Healthplex, and the Spa Fitness Centers, I can honestly say that Omni Health and Fitness is the best gym around and I am very pleased with my experience here as it is superior to the others. The locker rooms are also cleaner and more maintained than other gyms and the staff is as helpful and friendly as anywhere I have seen. I would 100% recommend Omni to anyone seeking a place to work out or get in shape around Fayetteville and surrounding areas and the membership prices are more economical than the competition as well.

This place has it all (minus a neck machine, but no one has those anymore) to include a pool table in the locker room. There is a large workout area plus open space to conduct sled pushing and tire flips. I was also surprised to see a female workout room. This place is about 2.5 times the size of Gold's Gym. I honestly don't talk to gym staff much so... I can't comment on that.

I had a membership here and after being injured and not able to walk for a year I was given the option to defer 3 months of payment. Once my membership was finally close to its end I called in to have my membership cancel and was told that once it was 30 days from the renewal period they would process the cancellation. That never happened. Now they wont refund the money they took even though it was their employee that gave bad information and after processing the cancelation they still want me to pay for another month.

I walked in and immediately the smell of ethic and dedication flooded my senses. Tons of equipment to brutalize this weak shell and make it hard.... The staff, are kind and fun spirited and the other athletes make it close to meeting a very large family that puts the fun in dysfunctional. Brand new renovations and a dedicated manager this place makes other gyms look like sheep....

For all the money that is raked into this place, the child care has always and will always be laughable unless they actually separate children by age appropriately. Oh and get some cameras for your children room!

I joined the gym in 2014. A month after I joined, I contracted scabies. The manager, Ryan, implored me to remove the review I wrote (back then) after I returned from my children's doctor; finding out that they also, had scabies. Yes, my husband got it from me, too. How do I know it was from the gym? I'd never contracted it before joining Omni, I work from home, and that's the only thing that changed in my routine. I joined a gym.

I removed the original review because I assumed that he would follow through with cancelling my membership, and it's never been my goal to put the gym, as a whole, in the ground. (I enjoyed some of the Zumba classes, a lot.) However, I'm still being charged to this day. They do not care about their members, or at least, not the ones who try to bring problems to their attention.

I went to the gym for ONE MONTH before this happened to me, and I've not been back. Just be careful. I would hate for it to happen to someone else. I have never endured such a horrible thing - honestly.

They fired the only instructor for spin class that us and many other people attend. There is no ther spin class like Patricias! That was a bad buisness move!! Yall are going to loose a lot of memberships when they find out she is gone! Stupid move!

One of the best fitness centers in town. The equipments are great and I love that the place has a great atmosphere really great for weight lifting and doing cardio exercises.

Their weekend hours suck, I can't wait till out of the contract so I can work out when I want at 24 hour fitness

It would be nice if they would fix the stairmasters, treadmills, TVs...and the weights and bars seem to be disappearing!

Signed up here in December. I'm changing my review from a 5* because the quality of the gym has significantly declined since. There isn't a single water fountain I can use here now they're all low pressure and the top fill station has been broken for months. Another thing, the back area (whole reason I signed up) smells like mildew and has water all over the floor that has leaked from the roof. Everything could be a lot cleaner. The sauna needs an upgrade, the doorknob burns your hand when you leave and leaks cold air in. Put the time and money into your gym and people will join, there is too much competition in the area to compromise. They scumbagged people into joining around the new year while everything was good and now everything is broken down and gross, toilet is broken, huge pool of water on the floor in the men's bathroom. Owner still hasn't gotten back to me.

Fitness classes are not worth it, especially the yoga and Zumba. The instructors do not teach you really how to properly practice yoga and Zumba has poor queueing by the instructors so hard to follow/pick up movements. Peak performance won t refund you when they charge you after cancellation.

Don t waste your money. Gym is pretty nasty, kid zone is unorganized, equipment is almost always broken. Staff & management don t care about their members- only signing people up in their 2 year contracts. I promise you, you ll find a better gym elsewhere.

I ve been at Omni Fitness for awhile they have a great staff. When I first went into Omni I met with a lady name Diana, she was very help and very knowledgeable about fitness and what I needed to do to accomplish my goals. I can say I ve accomplished my goals and then some much thanks to Diana. I recommend anyone waiting to reach they re goals go there and meet with her. She ll get you started on a healthier better life style!!!

There are not very good gyms in Fayetteville, so when my husband and I moved here in June we decided to go with Omni because it was the newest gym in the area. Even though it is relatively new, it still sucks. I joined hoping to get out of the house and get back into shape after having a baby, but the daycare is awful. I hate it so much. It is very dirty, they allow sick children to stay while their parents work out, I had an infuriating incident where a random 7 year old girl was carrying my 6 month old baby by herself with no adult supervising, and my child has gotten sick several times. Probably the most frustrating part of going to this gym is how dirty it is, and how my son gets sick every time I go there. We started going in June, and from June to August my son got sick 4 times. I had to take a week off every time so I wouldn't get other children sick (something some selfish parents don't do) so really I got about 8 week while paying for 12 weeks of gym. I took a few months off from the gym because I was getting so upset with how sick my son was getting. I decided to go back for the first time last week. I went back on a Monday and by Friday my son had another cold. I couldn't even go 5 days before my son got sick again. Now I have to pay for a membership that I can't even use because I would rather my son be healthy. I understand that kids get sick in daycare situations, but the level of germs in this place is disgusting. One of the first days of me going to the gym I put my son in a bouncer and it had a layer of dirt and filth. I asked one of the workers if they even clean the toys and she said, "They are supposed to be cleaned every day." When I came back to pick my son up, he was still in the bouncer, but they had cleaned it. Thank you for cleaning it after I called you out on it, but did you seriously spray cleaning product in a bouncer while my son played in it!?! The front desk staff rarely are at the front desk, and if they are they rarely say hello. I will say that the gym manager is very friendly and nice, and I honestly think he is the only reason that gym stays in business. I just wish the gym were cleaner, and the day care was better. I would not recommend this gym to someone else.

If I could give this facility ZERO stars I would!!!! Absolutely would not recommend my friend came in to sign and was given a free 30 days and priced during her 30 days. I came in a week later to do the same. My friend recommended the girl with a cast and that's who I spoke with. Little did I know she would be rude and incompetent. Told me she couldn't give me the 30 days that she needed an email but my friend never did that or even showed an email it was just given to her by the same lady!!! Then she priced me after my workout and gave me a completely different price then my friend!!! Told her 19.99 and me 29!! Said she could bring her enrollment fee down but couldn't bring mine!! Then I told her what she gave my friend and said it was a special they were having, which is a lie she came in a day or so before I did. So i left and wanted to think about it. When I came back my name was no where to be found and I was not given anything to come back to even use the gym for a week I was told I had!! So when I spoke with another lady she honored my week. Shortly after I was leaving to get my ID back the lady with the cast and glasses was at the front again and when I asked for my id she was very rude and snotty to me. Told me I couldn't have this pass when the day before she gave me a week. Then said if I didn't sign I can't use the gym. When I went back to the locker room to grab my stuff as I was walking out she was smoking out front and I over heard her talking to a man complaining about me. This is horrible customer service and absolutely driving business away!!! I will never come back I ever recommend this gym!! Not too mention the childcare is HORRIBLE!!!!!!

I think the place is amazing. When I first walked in, I talked to a lady named Melissa and she hooked me right up and showed me around. She made sure if I need anything don t be scared to ask, especially with any workout routine I didn t know about. The staff is also great, they always greet you when you walk in and shows they have make time for you even when it is busy.

*WARNING* If you are military don't sign up here i provided a copy of orders to their billing company and they didn't cancel my contract i called in they didn't cancel my contract, i moved away and still they didn't cancel my contract. The billing company won't call me back and is still charging me months later >BUYERS BEWARE< this is a ANTI Military facility

In traveling around the globe, experiencing many different gyms, I would say that the Omni Gym is the best I have found living in Fayetteville, NC. I particularly enjoy the cinema / Cardio room where you watch a movie while doing Cardio and don't even realize that your workout has finished. The friendly, knowledgeable staff always takes the time to answer questions and makes this gym even better. The Manager has had a phenomenal impact on the operation of this facility ensuring equipment that needed attention is quickly fixed and well maintained before problems arise. I have personally witnessed her returning weights and equipment to their proper location and always has a word of encouragement for her patrons and staff alike. If you have a question, you can stop her anytime or anywhere and she will answer you or get that answer to you. All Managers should emulate this degree of professionalism and attention given to her job and employees. I could not recommend this facility more.

Soldiers beware!! They continued to charge me while I was deployed, despite me sending my deployment orders to them. I am still trying to recoup $292.00.

This gym is horrible ! , half the equipment is always broken and they take forever to get it back working , employees never show up on time to open up the gym and have people waiting for up to 30 mins , please dont sign a contract here !

I WORK FOR A LARGE LOCAL COMPANY THAT THE OMIN HAS GIVEN DISCOUNTS TO THESE EMPLOYEES TO WORKOUT HERE.AFTER A FELLOW EMPLOYEE WHO LOVES TO WORKOUT TOLD ME HE WORKED OUT THERE.I DECIDED TO JOIN.AFTER MY SECOND DAY WORKING OUT THEY ACCUSED HIM OF TAKING MONEY AS A TRAINER..THIS IS ABSOLUTELY A LIE..THEY CANCELLED HIS MEMBERSHIP.A GYM THAT DOES THIS TO THEIR MEMBERS WHO BRING IN MORE MEMBERS IS NOT A GYM I WANT TO BE PART OF.I HAVE FRIENDS AND FAMILY WHO WERE CONSIDERING JOINING.THIS COULDN'T HAVE HAPPEN SOON ENOUGH..ALSO GYM MANAGERS I WILL BE NOTIFYING MY EMPLOYER HOW YOU ARE TREATING THEIR EMPLOYEES.....

You all need to update your website! Its misleading and I have been trying to cancel my membership for the longest time and I keep getting send to another number or another company. You need to update your website and find ways to make it easier for the customer when they want to cancel. Because you all get your money when it time to pay but you all dont want to help when its time to cancel.

Omni has good equipment and typically very clean. I would recommend this place. The worst part of this gym is the personal training. The personal training is subcontracted out to a horrible company that has a horrible reputation. I would recommend the gym just do not go with custom built personal training.(look custom built personal training up on BBB)

Good clean place with great service and environment. 4 stars because The weekend hours are sub par and sunday closes at 6pm!! No beuno.

Pros- There was a lot of equipment and everything was kept in excellent condition and facility was very clean. Different classes (yoga, etc.) were also offered and included in our membership fee.

Cons- If your MILITARY and you relocate due to ETS or PCS, expect to have a VERY hard time canceling your membership. We have sent in military orders, new lease agreement, etc as proof, and it has taken 4 months so far, and we are still being billed for each month. Also, daycare was filthy. My newborn baby BOY dressed in blue with a name tag on, was mixed up with a newborn baby GIRL. I walked in to find her pacifier in his mouth and her pink blanket covering him up. I panicked because it took me a while to find him. The staff response was, "Oh, I didn't know whose it was."
