I had a membership here and after being injured and not able to walk for a year I was given the option to defer 3 months of payment. Once my membership was finally close to its end I called in to have my membership cancel and was told that once it was 30 days from the renewal period they would process the cancellation. That never happened. Now they wont refund the money they took even though it was their employee that gave bad information and after processing the cancelation they still want me to pay for another month.
