The hotel was incredibly clean and nice, and the room was fantastic. The hotel is a great combination of classic and old while not being outdated or rundown. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice historic hotel with nice people and a great central location. Definitely getting a little bit dated though. And $32 for parking from 11pm-7am...ouch. Par for the course in any city though. Would go again when I have more time to check the area out.

Loved this place! Stayed here for two nights for my wife s birthday. I called ahead of time to see if they could do anything for her birthday to surprise her and they left a complimentary bottle of champagne, glasses, a little pastry, and upgraded us to a suite for her birthday! The building is older but has all modern conveniences. The bathroom is a little small but again the building is older. Entryway is very nice, locked at night, staff was super helpful and was an excellent find. Views from room are stunning.

The only bad things are parking, either parking garage or the hotel has valet. But that s what happens when you look for something in downtown city. The restaurant in the hotel is ridiculously overpriced, but it s not part of the hotel. Plenty of great places around the city to eat, skating rink next door and plenty of activities to do.

Overall, would definitely come back again. Great place.

The hotel and its staff were great and we really enjoyed our stay. The room service (through McCormick and Schmucks) was awful. We ordered breakfast, called after an hour, were told they'd taken it to the wrong room and that they'd have it up in ten minutes, then cancelled the order when it hadn't arrived an hour later.

The Biltmore was a wonderful stay, it's classic architecture and wonderful staff are a joy to see. Located far enough away from 95 its a great choice so you dont have to listen to the roar of traffic all night. There are so many options for food and nightly dance and drinks in less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel you'll feel overwhelmed. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms very spacious , the ice machines alternate ever floor so that was a bit tedious . Would stay here again for sure . if you like soft pillows then this hotel pillow is for you.

When I was there, the hotel was under renovation, so the lobby was a construction site and the smell of paint was nauseating. But I am dismissing that and not letting it impact my rating because the upgrades are spectacular. They put me in one of their newly renovated rooms and I was immediately disappointed that I'd only get to enjoy it for 2 days.

The room is nicely decorated with high end, quality furniture, the space is ENORMOUS (the walk in closet is the size of a bedroom alone), and it is in a great location. I also love that they provide full size bathroom amenities because the little shampoo and conditioner bottles are never enough.

I can't wait to come back to Providence so I can enjoy this hotel again.

Unrelated to the hotel, the attached restaurant was a major disappointed. Skip it and find another place.

When we arrived I checked in and they gave me my room key, I ask is it a good room she saids " it's alright". We get to the room the light switch dident work and it was old dark and dingy. Walk in the bathroom and it was a handicap bathroom and it looks like they just removed the tub and put tile down were it was. The shower head was as tall as my shoulders and in the middle of the shower pointing at the shower curtain. I took a shower and when done there was about an inch of water around the toilet. The toilet dident Evan flush compleatly. I flush 4 times and there was still toilet paper in the toilet. Everything was old and outdated. I chose this place because it was a historic hotel and was hopeing for some of that. The whole place is just not comfortable. They did end up upgradeing us to a suit that was a little better but it had moldy caulk around the tub and was outdated and not comforterble. After the reception we go to our room and the key dident work so I had to go back down and they reprogrammed my key and they were very rude about it. Valet was slow and unknlodgeble. No pool no complementary coffee in the morning other than the junk in your room. Not Evan a pen in the room. For 200 a night I expected a little more

Don't go to this place, in case you need AC during non summer time! This hotel does not activate one in non-summer time! They can either have heater or AC and not both together! And yeah, it is one of the best hotel around.

Had a corner room with a view! Huge ballroom for weddings/events and a gorgeous stairwell for great pictures for a wedding as well.
Big comfy bed and thick walls so you should be able to be comfy and quite. However, since it s an old building it has seasonal heat or a/c...not both.
So with an open window, in downtown Providence, things can be quite loud on the weekends. Also our bathroom shower was backed up so I was sloshing my feet around in who-knows-what. Overall nice place/slightly overpriced in my opinion for an outdated fancy feel. I am sure maintenance on this building is costly so I get the higher price-tag.

We'd stayed at the Biltmore maybe 15 years ago and this is a nicely remodeled updated in a great location for Providence. The vibe is sort of retro modern (okay, hipster) but the rooms are comfortable and full of modern amenities (large TV, comfy bed, free wifi, fridge). Rooms aren't really big (we had a standard room with a king bed) but they are very adequate for a couple. Bathroom was a little small but again ok.

Biggest complaint is that the renovation is not totally done. We were only informed at check-in that the heating/air conditioning was not yet working properly. They told us fans or heaters were available or we could open the window. It put a little dent in the experience. Luckily, the weather was cool and this was more a random quirk than an issue but it's worth checking on before you book a room.

We scored a nice rate through the Hotels Tonight app.

Horrible front desk staff and management! STAY AWAY! Highly incompetent! Horrible service! Erik Berlied the director of rooms discriminated against me and used racial slurs and vulgarities for no reason whatsoever! I will be filing a civil suit against their hotel! STAY FAR AWAY!

In our Junior suite it was impossible to switch off the ac. It was so cold we couldn't sleep. Also the bath tub was in bad conditions (picture) . Old and definitely need a renovation. Room was big enough. Nothing special... We are disappoint!

I loved my stay at this hotel. Staff were super friendly, location was perfect, and the room was lovely, clean and HUGE. The views from my room on the 11th floor were spectacular. Windows that open to let in a breeze, great deep bathtub, comfortable bed were all bonuses. I highly recommend it.

I just returned from a two night stay with my family at the Graduate. We really liked the feel of the renovations and the room was very comfortable. Unfortunately we were unaware of how thin the walls/ceilings were and the wedding celebration 3 floors above us shook our room to the point where our only option was to wait until after midnight, singing along with the songs as we could hear the words to each and every song. I asked front desk about how often events like this occurred at the hotel, and was told practically every weekend. My suggestion for anyone booking a room over the weekend would be to check to see if the ballroom on the 17th floor is booked during your stay, and if so, avoid the top floors!

It waa horrible experience. Not worth coming here at all. There is nothing called service here. They could fix our air condotion and bathroom door for 3 nights. None takes calls at reception or room service. One has to keep trying. Would never suggest anyone to come and stay here. Its complete waste of money.

Not what I was expecting, it's even better, felt like I was back in the roaring twenties again. From the finely appointed lobby to the brass elevators and the room was spectacular. I haven't been in a nicer hotel like this in a long time. A diamond in the rough and should be cherished by the fine people of rode island. If your in the area give them a shot I dont think you will be disappointed...

The property retains the charm and grandeur of the historic Baltimore Hotel chain. Having been renovated and renewed, it is a beautiful property. The work is ongoing, so some systems are still being tweaked. While there is a limited menu morning coffee store on the premise, full dining and lounge options are still under construction. The area has several dining options within a short walk in any direction.

The Graduate concept adds a wonderful quirkiness in execution of decor and personnel while keeping the 1920's lavish styles alive. This property must be experienced for travels sake, not as an overnight commuter stay. Once settled in, we were very much at home.

The service was horrible. The server was rude and kept making excuses that it was busier than expected. She delivered warm beers and told us if wanted cold ones we would have to wait another 35 minutes like everyone else. When cold ones were brought, they were thrown in front of us. We complained to the manager who said the server was being a problem, that was very unprofessional. The bill was comped and no tip left.
