Food was delicious, service was great. Wish desserts were homemade. Would return though!

Pizza was good, but not great. Pretty expensive drinks, even for virgin stuff, but really nice atmosphere. Would go again

I felt like a total tourist here. Overpriced, super busy. The workers running around crazy w/o direction working hard, management must sub par.

That said, we liked the lay out, music, casual dining and overall feel of the place.

Food portions were small and greasy diner quality. At the price, my money is smarter spent elsewhere where I will get more bang for buck, and likely we wont be back.

Great atmosphere waitresses and bartender were wonderful had a great time!!

Pizza was over cooked crust was burnt. Mussels were great.

Greenhouse is great. Walk from the beach for a bev.

Don't know their name, but 2 young 18yr old kids with skate boards were the coolest with respect. Helped me out after their shift waiting for a ride.. food was good bartender hector was great..9/28/19@ 1210 am

A great hangout spot - food , drinks , near the beach. One of a kind in south jersey! Top 5 best bar scene !
Secret tip. The inside restaurant upstairs has the best Italian food and the friendliest bartenders. Check it out if you are looking for something more upscale.

Great atmosphere and the mussels are great. Kind of a bummer they serve on throw away dinnerware but good nonetheless

Good place for a quick bite and a few drinks. Be sure to sit on the upstairs deck for a great view of Lucy the Elephant and a nice ocean breeze. Their menu could use a little more variety but we are always happy with what we have. If you are looking for a fun tiki bar atmosphere stop in you will not be disappointed.

Pizza is good, cheese steaks ok. Drinks on threw expensive side, but it is a shore town so to be expected. Parking can be tough at times.

Thought we were eating outside. New plastic enclosed us. I understand it's getting cold but we are not ready for "inside" dining.

I have been going to Ventura's for about 15 years! Good pizza - even the apple pizza is good. Never thought something like that would taste good but it does! The spinach and tomato pie is still one of my favorites!

Service is hit or miss. Sometimes it is better to just seat yourself and order at the counter or with the bartender.

Overall, I do enjoy the place. The food is really good and the prices are very reasonable! In the summer, on the weekends, it gets a little too crowded for me with all of tourists on the deck upstairs.

Love the deck. Plenty of space, covered and breezy. Good food and fast service.

Amaaaaazing atmosphere. The food however was overpriced, under portioned and under seasoned. I had the lobster dinner with corn And fries. First round they brought me out literally 3 fries to which I asked "where are the fries?" They brought me more 15 min later, and they honestly were the best part. Service was slow but nice. I wouldn't come here and get anything pricey. I'd come back for the atmosphere and a burger maybe.

Nice atmosphere, a little pricey for my taste. We ended up eating downstairs in the bar area. Food was very good there. Family owned establishment, they took care of their customers. Good service.

Recently was closed temporarily due to covid, Margate seems to have an epidemic of restaurants with employees testing positive. Says something about that community, for such a small town to have so many restaurants recently effected.

Great spot right on the beach for either a nice meal or some bar food and a drink. The waiter seemed new, but he was incredibly friendly and attentive.

We had a great Pizza with homemade meatball topping. Full bar.

The pizza is mediocre, and over priced. Just ordered margarita pizza and it wasn t authentic at all. But the Stromboli is incredible and the sauce they have on the side is delicious.

Great bar food, Sunday is a party crowd in the summer, so plan accordingly

We tried this restaurant for the first time yesterday and it is so good!! The food was delicious and fresh (we had the chicken parm, fries and cheeseburger) and the beer was ice cold. The staff were also VERY friendly and they really made sure we were happy. Highly recommended!!

Just ate there today. Food is always good, service was only ok. Caesar salad came out at the same time as meal, one of the meals came out 10 minutes later. They did take it off the bill. Would return

I had a great time at this place. The upstairs open air bars are perfect because you still get the bar atmosphere while taking in the outside air but not being exposed to any adverse weather conditions. We were actually there for a wedding at one of the bars and it was great.

The staff is always friendly and the food's excellent. I would highly recommend trying the pizza here it's delicious.

Everything was awesome. The vibe, the service, the food, & the drinks! Friends & I shared a white pizza with basil & tomato, steamed clams, clams casino, chicken fingers, poppers, & salad. Everything was super tasty. We had an awesome view of the ocean & Lucy the elephant. I drank a bushwacker & pina colada, not too sweet, made just right. Theres a beach bar in the back you can relax & enjoy drinks if there is a wait list. I recommend & definitely plan on going back.

Been here and the off shore location probably 30 times. We always have had a great time. Went tonight and I should have known from the beginning it was going to go wrong. Took me four calls to get a reservation. Then ordered drinks and the bartender said he would not make them as we asked. All we asked for was more club soda and limes. It took 2 hours for dinner and then when the rest of our group was served they told us they gave away 3 of our dinners and we would need to wait anianot 15 minutes. The food was bad and the service was even much worse. Our server apologized at the end but by then it was too late. They were terribly under staffed but gladly accepted my $600 for dinner. They better fix their problems or they will certainly suffer.

Portions are good not too big but not tiny. The food tastes awesome and our server was great. I'm definitely going here again.

Great place! Previous reviews were very misleading on pricing! No way is a tanqueray martini $15.50! I hope that person comes back!

Weird that they have a cash section during covid-19. Waitress was good, friend had the crab cake and she enjoyed it a lot. Huge portion of fries. Drinks were too sugary in my opinion.

Great beach bar! Perfect for HH sit on the outside deck and enjoy with family and friends.

The setting was very nice and the food was very basic. It was a bit confusing that they had so many decks and some had a smaller menu and didnt take cash but others had bigger menus and took all major credit cards. Overall it was ok.

Wonderful experience with great food and fine dining. I never get to try the menu offerings because their specials are always so delicious.

My husband and I stopped in here for a couple of drinks on vacation. They've got the vibe of an island bar down to a T. Really nice atmosphere here if you like to sit outside. We only got appetizers, which were very good. The drinks were great. We will definitely go back again next year if we have the chance.

Our favorite place at the shore! We especial love visiting in the off-season when it's not super packed. The food is amazing. Tiki bar is amazing in the summer!

Beachside bar and restaurant. The service is prompt but inexperienced, the drinks are cold, the food is mediocre. It's fine.
