I LOVE THIS PLACE! I come here every chance I get and I ALWAYS bring someone with me. I refer everyone here. I've been coming here FOR YEARS!!! I LOVE IT AND EVERYONE I BRING LOVES IT! Everything I've had here is fabulous, but my favorite is the SHRIMP AND GRITS!
Amazing food. Great variety. Good prices. I spoke with the owner and she talked about the history and I had a very down to earth conversation with her. Ma'am I forgot your name but I'll never forget your beautiful demeanor. She was very humble and her sincerity spoke volumes. Even though I live in the valley, I will be eating here in San Pedro. The best part is that they temperature checked everyone. Great job, folks!!
I would first just like to say that if this review were solely based on service, it would be 5 stars without question. A group of 9 people including myself were quickly acknowledged by staff at the entrance and seating was accommodated for us in a reasonable amount of time (No easy task on a Sunday morning). In addition, while we were waiting, a kind waitress brought us out coffee to sip on while we waited.
In regards to the food. If you came for omelettes, you came to the right place. The restaurant features well over 80 varieties!! The prices are quite reasonable as well for your standard breakfast items. With that being said, the food for me wasn't anything special or different. Nothing made the food stand out for me. The omelette, potatoes and toast were ok. You could find similar quality and taste at a local drive in. I did not have a chance to try the waffles or anything from the griddle, but based on their exceptional service, I'm willing to give them another chance. Regardless, if you came to get your breakfast fix, this is the place to do so.
From Phoenix, AZ we came here for brunch; i ordered the grand waffle (only thing was missing was the ice cream, but that is OKAY) It was delicious and it definitely hit the spot, my husband ordered the breakfast chilaquiles and says sauce was like a homemade tasting sauce. Definitely will visit again if in the area! And our waitress was lovely
Just passing thru San Pedro and happened by this place. Glad we did. Good food and friendly service. Also cudos for being so covid aware. Felt very safe.
