I have been a concrete finisher & Former for the past 5 years and this man Hugo would tell me that i dont know how to do my job when obviously he has no experience with concrete industry. Also has no respect for his customers or employees because he's always putting you down instead of getting the job done, very unprofessional
Don't let the fronts trick you he is a slick sales man that just wants your money. Very terrible customer service when it comes to the work quality and communication. The owner Hugo will cuss and yell at you over the phone if you try to tell him your problems about the work. No reasoning about his terrible quality work. He has no experience in 90% of his work areas so it is a mess all the time. Over all I would never use Omega's services or recommend them.
My in laws were getting ready to sell their house and had some driveway, step and porch issues. I contacted Omega and spoke to the owner Hugo, very professional advised him of what I was look at doing he offered to do a next day quote, he came out spoke to my in laws worked up a quote which they were happy with, I contacted him he gave me a start date showed up was very professional as well as his worker the work came out amazing. Highly recommend this company communication, service and workmanship top notch.
Everyone I have had the opportunity to meet and speak with at Omega has been friendly, professional, honest and on the ball.
Used omega to cut control joints for the first time and no complaints here.. Shilo and Jack stopped by the trailer a week ago and have been great to deal with and schedule with.. made it very easy and I won t hesitate to use Omega for all Future saw cutting needs.
