Contentra Technologies is one of the best Information Technology company. All employes and mangement team is very supportin,. joined as a fresher..

working with this orgnization for last three years, work enviorment is good, teammates are good, i've learned a lot here in terms of work and experience.

Fraud company. Use and throw policy. Salary issue always with this company. Fresher will get their first salary after 4 months and after that they terminate the employee without any legal reason. So beware from this company.

They invite for interview ask me to submit 15000 rupee for software engineer post , and said your salary will be 45000 after 4 month , first month will be training and no salary will be given , after one month salary of 25000 will be given to you , but on first day of my training they told that training will be on newspaper digitisation and after that salary will be 7-8 thousand only , when I ask him for software engineer training they say we did not hire any software engineer in our company , then I ask him to refund my money , then he blackmail me and said I have video footage of your signing training paper , I tell his boss about what happens with me , he say that write application on what happen with you , and told me that you money will get refund within 5-6 days , but over 1 month I am still waiting but no money will get refund , I call him daily and he told me to wait one more day.

This same situation is happen with 4 more people
In my group who submitted 15000 rupee .

Rahul Shukla is the person who invited me for interview and ask me to submit 15000 rupee .
Bipul is the boss he always told me wait one day or call Rahul .

This is one of the biggest fraud company

I am working here since last year. work environment is very good over here. I have learned lots of things.My skill has been improved very well. Punctuality and sincerity really matters over here.

Pros: working here from last 3 years. we have the best team for robotics . love my jobs.

Cons: Expect more investment in R&D Team.
