Forgive me, but I was going to mark 4 stars and I keep one.
The truth is that the experience was very good, both in the hotel and in the spa. We liked it so much that we have already gone 2 times and in a few months there will be a third.

a superior hotel with good connections to the subway with the airport and the city of Valencia, the food is a solid very good wellness program, the staff helps with luggage and accommodation

The rooms were very good, the location ... relative, the beach was not very far but you had to take the car if or if, you had to go through some ships that at night are super dark and lonely ...
For a 4-star hotel that doesn't have an outdoor pool, it's a chore, it only had an indoor pool, which in summer is not very adequate.

The Halloween party was not a big deal dinner a disaster they published that they put prawns and that was not there, the last cooking noodles and cold the raw and cold meat the little chicken made the salmon with tellinas was good, I still baked a baked fish I think That was llisa de los espinas that I had awesome I don't know .Max the food was all cold, all the salads without condiments everything they could of horrible quality we go with the desserts god the hard roasted pumpkins were not made the jellies without taste at all , the pudding and the roasted apple if they were good the reta bed that a super attentive 10 attended to us. nothing Max. the mobile disk was fine and I think that 23eur per person is expensive for the low quality of cold and raw food and that they do not have Hot food I do not return Max neither I nor my family decilution with this hotel

I have visited only the spa in the hotel, where I can tell that even it is a tinny place there are a lot of different modules and it worth to visit it

Clean place and large rooms, service staff and reception very helpful. The kitchen of the buffet very varied, and a paella of 10. Away from the center of Valencia but well connected.

The hotel was very pretty and the staff was very polite. The room wss smaller than expected, and it and the hallways looked like it needed a lot of touching up. Paint, flooring, carpet, all needed fixing.

The room is very nice and spacious. The free buffet is correct, without any fuss. The drinks at breakfast are very improvable. The pool is not leisure but sports (Belongs to the gym facilities with which there are people practicing swimming and the use of a cap is mandatory) which is not in a relaxed atmosphere.
In general, everything was good except that the thermostat in the room was damaged and we were going to roast with heat until we realized and we could correct it.

Hotel complete with all gym swimming pool massage bar etc .. excellent room cleaning. buffet lunch and dinner good and cheap breakfast no too many 9.5 euros. The bathroom in the bathtub area is too dark. Structure with perfect location just a short walk from the metro in just 20 minutes. Excellent value for money.
The only flaw is the fixtures in the rooms on the street that are not very soundproof.

We stayed several nights during our vacation. The staff super attentive and cordial. We had to leave a day early because our daughter got sick and everyone was super outstanding and they helped us. A charming Teresa cafeteria and Paula reception.

NEGATIVE ..... and in capital letters, we had taken out some bonuses for the spa with massage included, four people and we were very disappointed. In regards to the relax and personal massage very well, but the Spa circuit disappointing. Dirty installations, without any maintenance, dirty water, nothing to do with the wonderful photos on the web, the lights of the molten pools, edges of the black pools and with a lot of dirt, rusty showers, maintenance NULL. It has left me a lot to be desired, I did not recommend it, I will not step on it again.

Kindness of the staff. Buffet breakfast varied and hearty. Nice rooms.

Leisure and sport. Easy to get there by metro. The squash courts in very bad condition, a pity ...
