Large room and very comfortable bed. The bathroom a bit dated

Nice hotel, very friendly people, what I like the most is the whole sports area and Spa. I recommend it as a hotel and also next to the metro stop to communicate very well with the center of Valencia. And what to say about tasting the typical like the pechara in Daniel and his extensive pastries.

Spacious room with good value for money and very close to Valencia

Hotel very well maintained and clean, it is also very well connected, the only one but it is the breakfast buffet poor and with a rather low quality to be a 4 star.

A 4 star hotel that only offers the room. The pool we have been looking for 4 days. The receptionists do not explain anything to you about the city. First city, out of the 14 that we visited that we did not get on a map in the hotel.

The spa offer is incredible, with the exception of the stone circuit that is not far there, the rest a 10

The room is very basic. The closet had no door, but a curtain that served as a door. The fabric did not work, which should be basic in a four star hotel. It is also not central, it is somewhat remote from everything especially if you are going to move on foot. The positive point is for cleaning the room.

Very basic hotel. Far from center of the city. Old funitures. Dated carpets ... No view....no coffee maker in the room... hardly a 3 star hotel!! Not a good value for the price at all!!!

Value for money very advisable. Apart from its rooms, its buffet is quite advisable for having a substantial variety of dishes, especially on Sunday. It has a well-equipped gym with spa, sauna and massages. The prices are not exorbitant. Well located as it has a metro station at a very short distance and bus stop. Good place to stay and visit the city if you do not want to pay to be in the center.

Service and quality at an affordable price accessible from the center with ease of transport

I booked a room with a bed and insisted on it when I made the reservation, they told me that without problem and what is my surprise that they arrived at the hotel and had two beds, no one told us that according to them it was subject to availability. And the answer was then you put the beds together and that's it. Without room service they say by Covid, there are hotels that continue to offer it without problems since that is what the masks and gloves are for, on the other hand the rooms are small and the closets do not have a door, a simple curtain, the blankets have a lot use just like towels. They do not take the temperature and, neither in the Spa which is small. Of course, the attention of the staff and the food are great. For a 4 star hotel it leaves much to be desired.

Every year much worse on the menu and dancing super bad and very little time next year I will not go

We were two adults and two children and they gave us a very small room and with only two beds one double and one of springs of one person went to dinner at the buffet and it was very small and the preheated and very bad food took away the desire to eat

Too many people, I went through a groupon that said offer a very large discount, the groupon cost me 19, the coupon said that the price checked without an offer was more than 50, I asked the price for free at reception, I said that 21, except this groupon tease, has what you can expect and is nice, with less people you could enjoy better.

For two years now, we have organized a Country Line Dance meeting at this hotel, attended by people from different provinces of the peninsula. This year, which was the sixth edition, we were dining more than 200 people, under the Buffet regime. And then we were dancing with country music at 2 in the morning. The location of the perfect hotel, with metro station only 40 meters away. It has gym, jacuzzi, indoor pool of 20 meters.

The spa is small but it's fine. The worst thing is that it has too much chlorine, only 2 showers and the small dressing room. Good attention
