Parking policy draws nothing when disabled with card you should not put your card behind the windshield, because you have to show them to get your ticket paid back, brings abuse, places were full of big cars probably from people who more easily find a big place. I hope something will be done about that. Ps I have to be able to fully open my door to get out of the car and in a normal place that does not work.

Recently operated in the OLV after 14 hours of emergency waiting. The operation went smoothly and the staff tries to put you at ease as much as possible. Not every nurse was equally friendly, and some were even arrogant and brutal. Registration for other consultations is very quick and easy with the recent kiosks at the entrance hall. You can easily find your way back through the indications, otherwise there is always someone at the counter to show you the way. Easily accessible and spacious underground parking.
Staff very friendly and very helpful !!! You're not a number here, but a person, chapeau.
Instead of rush, they should call it slow. They can take example of Spain not a serious condition but have been treated very quickly. If you know you will have many people, provide more staff in God's name! Or it may not be from the shareholders, otherwise the extra profit will be compromised.
My wife is here for control checkup, we rang the bell at the door, other white people caame after us and they got helped, but we are not. We rang the bell again and a rude nurse asks us mutiple unnecessary questions right the door. I advise if you are black or muslim to be very careful with them.
Gastroenterology Department: Room 1336 - Beautiful new and modern room with shower. Nicer than many hotel rooms. There is also a TV, fridge and a safe.

The hospital very well nurses very nice. But reception not all very very very unpleasant normally a receptionist must speak French, Dutch, English. But she just Dutch. At most the information she gave was not even correct.
Very friendly and helpful staff. A wrong scanner was booked last time. But otherwise (after years already) had no problems.
Nice architecture in the new section. View from restaurant is phenomenal.

Accidentally ended up here because my son (then 1 year old) was ill. We had to wait a long time for a doctor in a much too small room where there was no ventilation. The beautiful young nurse paid more attention to the doctors than to my sick son.

We only go to a hospital if there is no other option. So now we had a referral from the doctor and we had to go immediately with our 10 month old son to an emergency.
Allegedly done in this way we were in emergency for 2 hours without seeing a doctor. When we were then allowed to go to the examination room for another half hour to see the doctor for 5 minutes and then another half an hour before we could go to the pediatric ward and then in the pediatric ward we had to wait another 2 hours before getting a room and only after I lost my temper! Why does a person always have to make him angry before steps are taken? Why does a patient transfer take almost 1 hour? In the meantime, bells are ringing everywhere and nobody helps anyone else! To be accommodated in totally outdated and distant rooms. A military hospital itself has better facilities! I will never go there!
my compliments to the nuclear service people, who put you at ease ... knew what and how but this time nervous and then you have the nurses who answer all your questions and the patience they show , thank you (hope I don't have to have that much done). The scan is from Tuesday the 28th ago, so my thanks to those people and you can continue like this

Have stayed there four weeks in the PAAZ department, can only write a lot of praising words ,, the kindness, sympathy the support this from doctors nurses psychologists therapists trainees to the cleaning help really worth it
They will keep you on the line, parking will yield a lot. Do you have to find a parking space. Unfriendly.
Smooth and practical welcome for registration. Thick for the super friendly and very helpful staff on the 4th floor. Good luck to Dr. Kools (neurologist), who has reduced my pain to a minimum! Puik work!

Easy if your choice is not really listed.
Other hospitals immediately recognize the appointment you have, which is much easier and faster.
Be sure to complain about the nursing staff. Everything was beautifully and clearly explained.

Corona-risicovol. Geen temperatuurmeting, geen toezicht op ontsmetten handen. Daarna inloggen door plaatsen id-kaart en aanraken scherm. Ook gebruik liften is gevaarlijk!
Gelukkig zijn er super-verpleegkundigen en super-artsen!!

Had to come in for a kidney stone to be removed at 11 am after 4.30 am I am still in a kind of waiting room waiting for a chair just outrageous, never see me here again
Good friendly doctors who really take the time for the patient. The hospital also meets the demanding JCI standards, so you can be sure that both the staff and the infrastructure are really TOP!
I would like to say once again that the pain therapy nursing staff and Dr de Wolf are very committed to all their patients
they all have a listening ear and are certainly at the service of their patients, if I (or the other people) have complaints, they are ready for everyone to solve the problem as quickly as possible
it is a pity that they are not staffed enough and despite their fatigue they are still committed to the people

But they cannot "do magic" either: after 4 back operations, I am still recovering after 7 months. (Without criticizing the efforts and competence of the medical staff)

Attention: at the OLV in Aalst they do not find it worthwhile to mention in advance by telephone and on site at the counter that there are fees charged for an MRI scan. Afterwards I contacted the billing service and explained that I had to ask for it myself and that they are not legally obliged to communicate it themselves except for a sign next to the counter .. maybe not legally required, but in my opinion still not the correct way of working .. (review was also on their Facebook page but here they have now blocked posting a review ..)
ON 7/8/20 I had to register for my operation (gastric bypass). Upon arrival at the surgery department, I was helped immediately and 10 minutes later I was already on my way to the operating theater. There, too, very friendly staff who put you at ease. A special word of thanks also goes out to Dr. Van Molhem who performed my operation.
I was on the surgery department for 3 days and nothing but praise for the staff, nothing was too much for them.

Worst hospital ever. Always has been and still nothing has changed.
Leaving my mother in the hall. With a kidney infection and a high fever asked to sit in a chair. At night Transferred to the emergency room and left there. Without any help button. If she had gone to look for help herself because of the pain, she would run into pleasant workers who did not feel it necessary to provide help. Do something with your staff, teach them to be a bit more human, which they don't seem to be taught at school.
Couple of words for their appalling ways : incompetence, arrogance, forgetfulness, dismissal etc...
They "simply" saved my life, after a fairly significant heart attack, I was transferred from AZ Glorieux Ronse in a medical ambulance, almost immediate support to pass the examinations in the catheterization room, verdict, 3 arteries blocked at nearly 80% and another at 100%, I remain on constant surveillance for a week and I end up in the cardio thoracic operating room for a quadra bypass surgery, I warmly thank Dr. Stockman, his team and the nursing staff, it is thanks to them that today I am here to write to you that it is the best hospital in Belgium for this kind of open heart intervention, it is now up to me to take care of their wonderful work by respecting some essential rules with all my respect
A beautiful hospital, modern, well equipped.
The nurses are very nice, the doctors the same, they took good care of my little niece, they will not let you go before being sure that everything is fine.
Parking is free, the first half hour is free, then you pay 1.25 / h
Medical technology is still good, ward hospitalization experience is general, some nurses and even interns, attitude is very unfriendly, the speed of dealing with problems is not timely enough.
