TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Run far away when you see Olshan properties anywhere.

Stay away from Olshan Properties. If I could give them a negative star review, I would.

Horrible company with people intentionally taking advantage of tenants. They held back & took fees out of our security deposit for no reason, just because they could & we were powerless. Completely unprofessional & out there to take advantage of people. We had issues with mice in our apartment 4 times in 1 year, but still never complained. All rent was paid on time and when we left the apartment we had it professionally cleaned & it was inspected by the super. They don't care though and will take money from you regardless.

They were entirely unresponsive when I made the request for my security deposit. They even tried to charge me more even though I paid all of my rent in full and on time. They only returned my calls and emails after I threatened them with legal action. I have contacted my lawyer and have filed a lawsuit against the company. My advice is to avoid renting from this company as they are a poor business.

They re uncommunicative and unresponsive. Emailing them with a legitimate question or concern garners a brief 2 word reply, or none at all. Disappointing and frustrating to do everything right as a tenant, and not get the same respect from a landlord.

Worst building mgmt company I've ever delt with, when they want your money they will kick down your door, they dont care about their tenants or buildings, literally the definition of slumlord. They never respond to any inquiry to fix things, and if they amazingly do it's with garbage fixtures and work that inconveniences you. I wouldn't rent a beach umbrella from them ever again let alone an apartment. Makes me sick.

Olshan Properties Residential is the wore management exist. if anybody looking for apartments in New York, do NOT renting apartment from them or do business with this company!!! They only take your money and never take care of you or response to any of your calls or email. THE WORST!!

Stay away from Olshan Properties. They are that worst landlords I have ever had.

These people either own or manage the Marriott Residence Inn Columbus Ohio Easton location. They have the worse customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. Company does not return phone calls. The Marriott property in question has a very bad Manager who does not care about his property. It is a filthy, smelly property. Look at their reviews on TripAdvisor and other places

This is a company of crooks who refuse to answer phone calls, emails in a timely manner over legitimate concerns. They play tricks, charging unwarranted fees hoping they won t be caught. I do not recommend working with them or renting from them. Truly poor experience.
