Poor service, do not call when the car is ready, do not inform about price before service etc. !!

Got a wheel change and safety check ... It took twice as long as agreed ...
Don't understand the concept this year getting a car in to find fault and then no quote is made on what it costs to get it made ??

Super service - even when something goes wrong!
The car park in Ringsted always seems very focused on good service. When my Skoda Fabia was in service, something was missing, so it was not ready at the agreed time. It was a problem because we were going to Sweden over the weekend. But the workshop solved the problem by giving us a nice loan car instead so we could get going. The Skoda was also washed and vacuumed when we got it back on Monday. Problems can always arise, but if you solve them well then you have done what you can to give the customers a good experience. So 5 stars from here :-)

Have since used Autohuset Ringsted several times for service and repairs on my Octavia. The staff has always been friendly and welcoming and did everything in their power to solve my (car's) problems as painlessly as possible. Agreements have always been complied with and the same with price.

Always a pleasure to come there! When purchasing car and by regular service visits. :)

Great place where you can always have a chat with the employees and get in and sit in the new cars even though there is otherwise closed for much else p.g.a. Corona.

Everything from errors in bills, to bottle sellers and being almost annoyed by having brought your own engine oil is all something you can experience here.

I have a VW Up! From 2013 as I from spring (2018) stop being serviced here due to expensive prices, smart mechanics and bill errors as well as feeling hung out after I wanted to save some money by bringing my own oil - which I got of knowing was wrong, even if it was correct, now I change myself.

I had a small varnish damage to my radiator helmet which I got an offer of about 8000kr to get it repaired. I got another offer from a professional car paint shop for 4000 kr.



I would change the gear oil on my VW Up when I got rid of a mate it would minimize or completely eliminate the grinding noise that sometimes comes on acceleration and when the engine has gotten hot. This, according to the mechanic, would ruin my ability ... To change oil on a mechanical part? .. I am well aware that VW has a "lifetime warranty" on their gearbox oil, but I would now have it changed. It fixed the problem and I am happy with it.

Unfortunately, my car got tired of the battery in winter 2017-2018, and so the radio goes into something called "safelock" which means that you can not use the radio until you have entered a four-digit code. I called VW in Ringsted to inquire, saying it cost a workshop hour as they do not "have to" pass the code over the phone ... I have bought and paid for a radio that VW will not hand over the phone .... Now I have bought the code through a seller on eBay who apparently has a better system or register than VW in Ringsted.

Expect long waits on their phone even if you are number 1 in line.

The fact that their salespeople are smart; I asked for a quote back in 2016 about what I could get for my VW Up High Up, which at that time had only run 18,000 km, with full service booklet in perfect condition non-smoking. 60,000 kr .... They then went for approx. 105,000 almost double the BilBasen .. great deal ....

My mother's golf 7 got full service in winter 2017/18. an oil change for a total value of DKK 1111.5, to change 4L of oil!?! It was not even an oil change, but a filling of 0.25L. in addition, my mother refused to have "my Volkswagen" installed when asked, but gets it installed anyway. She gets the reason "yes it is free to get" the bill did not say, 250kr.

Would definitely NOT recommend.

Fine sellers, they really do a lot for their customers. We have never felt pressured or monitored at any time. Otherwise, I find that by other inquiries there is good service. Getting through the phone in the morning can be a little difficult.

The actual shopping experience went fine, when I had to pick up the new car it was not ready and was serviced by someone who behaved and looked like someone on the way to the beach. Just as much was run legally on the routine.

Good and competent staff, super service and reasonable prices

After they have renovated it has really become great facilities. We have always received good treatment at the sale and the workshop. Today, however, they had been a bit forgetful. I got extended service on my shoe. Here I mentioned they had to replace a bulb that had gone and the sea does not work for a few months. They forgot that and I had to show it didn't work when they claimed it worked fine in the workshop. It did not and they did however charge without charge while I waited. They also forgot to noise-clean and wash the car as they used to and then they had to go past the water hall again while I waited. I even vacuumed the car at home afterwards. Prices for their services are expensive.

Arrogant people who would very much like to relinquish any responsibility ..

Although I live in Roskilde, I like to drive to Autohuset in Ringsted, to get my Golf serviced.
Their service is top notch and they are very friendly.

The director has not found out that it is the customers he lives on. The best thing to do when you place a car in a hand is to withdraw the offer on the day the agreement is signed. Really poor customer service. I call it narrow-mindedness. Apparently, the car was going out and running as a demo first. So instead of looking at that there could be a business in that the customer came again also for service with the car, he chooses to look at the case in isolation. One should stand by what one promises and not skip for 12 hours.

Having said all this, it must be mentioned that they have now found a solution and have lived up to my expectations when it comes to shopping by car. Nice work, in the end. Now I just look forward to picking up my brand new car.

Both the Skoda department and the VW department can certainly be recommended.
I've been shopping at Autohuset several times, and all cars have been serviced by them throughout the last 8 years. I am very satisfied.

OK workshop and nice rooms where customers can also find a place to work with their tablet. Price level is not low, but almost ok. Tires are too expensive.
