Super service - even when something goes wrong!
The car park in Ringsted always seems very focused on good service. When my Skoda Fabia was in service, something was missing, so it was not ready at the agreed time. It was a problem because we were going to Sweden over the weekend. But the workshop solved the problem by giving us a nice loan car instead so we could get going. The Skoda was also washed and vacuumed when we got it back on Monday. Problems can always arise, but if you solve them well then you have done what you can to give the customers a good experience. So 5 stars from here :-)
