The director has not found out that it is the customers he lives on. The best thing to do when you place a car in a hand is to withdraw the offer on the day the agreement is signed. Really poor customer service. I call it narrow-mindedness. Apparently, the car was going out and running as a demo first. So instead of looking at that there could be a business in that the customer came again also for service with the car, he chooses to look at the case in isolation. One should stand by what one promises and not skip for 12 hours.
Having said all this, it must be mentioned that they have now found a solution and have lived up to my expectations when it comes to shopping by car. Nice work, in the end. Now I just look forward to picking up my brand new car.
