I got my last 2 jobs through Oliver Bernard, plus my current job. I never get any recruiting BS from Taylor - He phones, says he has a job I'm a good fit for - no probing me for names of other companies and people - and then I'm in (after a whole bunch of interviews of course!). They know how to find the right people for the right jobs. I never ignore calls from Taylor :)

They helped to find a good match to my skills and salary expectations in a few occasions. I have never wasted time when I applied for a job through them.

Some recruiters should learn how to read a CV and stop asking silly questions. Got called before business hours and asked questions such as where do you live, what was the title of your last role and when did that finish, all of which are on my CV. There was no rapport at all, all seemed very procedural. First impressions matter and I hope they realise this and train their staff on it or the competition will win every time.
