Some recruiters should learn how to read a CV and stop asking silly questions. Got called before business hours and asked questions such as where do you live, what was the title of your last role and when did that finish, all of which are on my CV. There was no rapport at all, all seemed very procedural. First impressions matter and I hope they realise this and train their staff on it or the competition will win every time.
