PC Shopper was quick to accept my sale, however now that I have a warranty claim they took a week to respond to my email, another week to collect the item, and now for 2 weeks I've received no feedback or update, and no responses to my emails. Thats terrible after sales service.

Thank you to Fernando for ensuring that my UPS device was delivered within an excellent turnaround time. I sent him my proof of payment on a Sunday evening and to my pleasant surprise, I received my package the Tuesday morning at 7h30. Great work..

I expected a little shop or show room at lest. I wanted to see in real what I am buying. However it is only a distribution centre. Order on the WEB site and hope for the best. If you want to save the delivery fee drive here to fetch your stuff.

I unfortunately did not read the other customer feedback before placing my order. The team is the best at accepting your order, sending quotations, accepting money for goods they have no intention on delivering within an acceptable time period. From the Sales Consultant to the Manager I spoke to have one excuse after the other. They have absolutely no idea what customer service is or how to keep promises. Businesses like this should not be allowed to operate as you cannot complain about the service - there simply is no service. Please do not fall in the same trap as I did - Sales Consultant and Manager involved: John Schreuders and Fernando Duarte.

Sasheen from PC Shopper made every effort to assist me. He replied almost immediately. I placed my order on a Friday and had it delivered already on Monday morning! Super service and loving my new notepad! :)

Very poor customer service. I placed my order on 30 June 2020 and I have yet to receive my collection confirmation email. On the website it states that if you place an order before 12:00, your order will be ready to be collected before 17:00 that day, which it obviously was not. I understand this, but they don't inform the customer in any way further. I have phoned about this and they stated that I should wait for the collection email. Well, I am still waiting. I you want something fast, I don't suggest that you use them.

Very poor customer service experience. I phoned in and confirmed that there was stock before placing my order on 10 Jan. I emailed and phone on numerous occasions to check for collection with no responses. On 21 Jan I went to the offices to cancel the order and was told the items are ready for collection.

Took ages to delivery a product that we needed in an emergency. If you want slow and inefficient service, these are your guys.

Unfortunately, I resonate with many of the concerns from other customers. Quick and responsive to get same day payment despite not having stock. When stock is delayed, no real updates were provided until I followed up. When stock did arrive, I wasn't updated and no tracking number was provided until I followed up again. When the courier (RTT) did not prioritise the order, barely any assistance was provided by PC Shopper. Also, when a small software issue occurred, I asked the salesman for a support number to only receive two invalid numbers. He didn't even check that the numbers were correct before sending it onto a customer.
