After a loss of lines due to moving to O2 and then coming back to yourselves to join Vodafone, I cannot stress enough how helpful Dan Springford was and how much we appreciate all his work and efforts during the last few months. I was extremely stressed with the loss of lines and Dan did everything he could to assure me that it would be sorted and get the lines back as quickly as possible. I know both of my bosses called Dan during the process, (both of which were also stressed and probably not the easiest to talk to) and we also extremely happy with how he was dealing with things.

Since, I have spoke to Dan a few times on and off, he has called to make sure everything was ok with the lines, which I think was great considering he had done everything and still checked in. I also had a call with him the other day in regards to a billing query which he talked me through what was going on etc.

Dan is a real credit to your team over at Olive and couldn't sing his praises enough.
