Nice bar. Good music. A good place to have a drink. Food etc. I cannot comment on.

The customer service and friendliness (but not always on you service) of the staff was welcomed. Although the meat of the Lasagna Bolognese (~$18) tasted a bit watered down in my opinion, the food was good. The other people in my party loved their food.

Expensive. Nothing spectacular. I think you're paying more for the ambience than anything else.

Lovely place, nice service. Staff was pleasant. Not much to say but wasn't bad either. If you have never been and are uncertain about the value on your wallett hit it up on happy hour.

Sat at the bar. We had the pappardelle and lasagna. My GF thought the pappardelle was good but slightly on the salty side. I thought it was great. The lasagna looked to be a small serving but it was surprisingly filling. We would definitely come back.

This is a great place to sit around a fire pit on the patio and share a great meal with friends. Food and service have been great every time we've been there!

I think the Exec Chef is a little full of himself based on the food quality compared to the price. We had pretty much all the apps (you guys need to figure out what bruschetta actually is) and the lasagna bolognese for $17, and I got a cereal bowl size of "chef boyardee" with carrots that was weak as circus lemonade at best. I was extremely disappointed in the food and I don't write negative reviews. The only reason they are getting 2 Stars is because their servers are awesome individuals that still provided great customer service and I know they had nothing to do with food prep from the back of the house. If I was a server I would look for a new place to work.

Awesome ambiance and food and drink! We ordered the fig mule... delicious! We ordered the hummus platter, lamb meatballs, pesto chicken flatbread, and lasagna bolognese. Followed by a delicious lemon meringue cake for desert!

best part of meal was the wine and coffee. salad was wilted fish was overcooked - the top was brown the cauliflower was burnt and lacked flavor. won't go back to eat...for the price you need to inspect the food before its served...

Ok for the price, but the menu is fanciful. Dishes are hit and miss. Their pesto was very nice for example, but tinned asparagus on the bruschetta missed the mark. It is dishonest (and somewhat of a let down) to describe a dish as having 'foraged mushrooms' that really contains cultivated mushrooms, and to print 'truffle' when actually meaning truffle oil. Either ingredient can be made delicious so just be honest!

Somewhat pretentious, service was fine, food was fine. Good happy hour specials - the avocado bruschetta was really delicious as well as the flatbread. Fantastic location by the waterfront in Scottsdale.

Food and drinks were perfectly prepared and the flavors were outstanding. Fun, modern, yet old world Mediterranean decor. Only thing that could change was volume of the restaurant. I could hear every conversation from everyone around me except the people I was sitting with.

The food was pretty good, the location is excellent and the atmosphere is excellent. I want more of a reason to come back. Location, atmosphere, and decent food all positive, I'm must left wanting more, I can't put my finger on it. The weather in Scottsdale is awesome and olive and ivy is on the water front, which is actually a concrete aqueduct.

This is really nice place with a great patio. Love the ficus trees and waterfront vibe. Food is very good, too.

The lamb gyro is very tasty. Atmosphere is great and service is always the best.

One of my favorite places in Scottsdale. Great food and service and the view of the canal is icing on the cake.

An interesting and eclectic restaurant. Salmon was cooked perfect with the sides and dessert also being on point. Service was a bit slow given how busy the restaurant was but it could have just been an off day.

Salad is big enough to share and was fresh and crisp! Great value!

Great place for lunch or a casual breakfast. I haven't eaten dinner here yet, but I imagine it's equally as good. Food is always tasty; I don't believe I've ever been disappointed in what I've ordered. Definitely worth checking out.

Olive and Ivy is a great place to eat. Awesome atmosphere and great staff. I suggest trying the turkey grinder if you're here for lunch. Enjoy!

One of the best meals I've ever had. We sat at the chef's table and watched the action in the kitchen. Mike took great care of us.

Enjoyed the ravioli and the fine service. Atmosphere are quite nice for a business lunch.

I think the pictures sum up my visit here, I ate most of the food before I decided to snap one of the dessert lol. It seriously is worth the visit if you are a regular foodie in the Valley of the Sun!

We walked in on a Friday afternoon and had such a good experience. The complimentary focaccia bread with basil pesto was loved by my husband (they offer more if needed). The crispy, tangy, Brussel sprouts appetizer was amazing, and my sea bass entree was juicy, flavorful, soft, and well paired with citrus. The lemon cake desert was perfect to share. The entire dish we got was fresh and harmonious in flavor, not to mention the friendly, attentive staff. 10/10 would visit again for good food, good cocktail, and good time.

Very nice, very good food, which I didn't mind paying for, that said it is a bit overpriced, $30 for five scallops and a little pollenta, they could have at least provided a little salad of baby greens. If you are looking for a light meal and have the cash, the food is great.

Our food was delicious! We ordered off the lunch menu and split bruschetta, chicken salad, and my grandma had the soup. Their bread is so fresh and soft. I would have given it 5 stars if the hostess would have actually put our name on the list. We watched 3 walk ins get sat right away in the dinning area and then I had to go back up to the host stand to ask if I was even on the list and she sat us right away. Besides one careless employee everything else was great. Our server took great care of us and they were accommodating when my grandma was cold sitting next to the patio door. We will definitely be back, I would highly recommend this place!

Really enjoyed my breakfast. Had coffee, bagel and oakmeal. Was excellent and staff were so nice. They take the next step as busy as it is. They were very friendly and did not rush you. They had places to sit out. I was able to refill my coffee free when I finished so that was a nice perk. I would go there again if I am at the airport and wanted something to eat!

This was always our first choice when I used to visit Scottsdale for work. Amazing atmosphere and delicious food. Highly recommended.

Wife and I wanted some late nite snacks.. O&I had just that. Wife had the strawberry shortcake and I had the chocolate bar for our nights delight ... We closed the joint.. first for us. Blame it in the full moon.

Outstanding Patio, easily top 5 in the Phoenix area. The service however was the absolute star of the show on this particular day. We were lucky enough to get Kenny as our server and we could not have had a better experience. I grew up in the Scottsdale area and service can be hit or miss, heavily leaning to the miss side of the relationship in Old Town Scottsdale. This always makes my wife and I, apprehensive to dine out in this area. Kenny was exemplary, meeting or exceeding any of our requests the whole visit. 10 stars!!!

Came here for dinner last night. Great place for people watching, if you like watching boring people.
A very enthusiastic (though as we discovered later, inept) DJ was "spinning" near the entrance.
Got seated, ordered. Drinks came quickly, as did appetizers and entres. Everything was very good. However service was poor. Water was not refilled, we were not asked if we wanted refills or additional drinks.

We sat in a booth inside, but the outdoor seating looked great, lots of space overlooking the waterfront.
