I love this place and visit quite often..however I was disappointed one morning when we came to visit for coffee that you can not sit inside, we sat for 15 mins and no one came to say they are not serving.

Atmosphere was really good and food was right up there with it. I had the bacon wrapped tenderloin... was on point. Dessert was incredible! Imagine Mastro s buttercake, but with ice cream and butterscotch sauce... WOW! Can t wait to go back

If you're into a place with overpriced salty food that is average at best, along with ridiculously small portions, then this is your place. Olive & Ivy is more about taking your money than offering any kind of value or quality!!

Excellent place for date night. Great ambiance, patio and exceptional service. The food was delicious and reasonably priced for the quality and presentation. The bread and pesto appetizer unique and our waiter was spot-on with his recommendations... we had the sea bass and scallops. My wife really liked the red sangria and the meal was complete with a complimentary dessert for her birthday.
This was our 1st time here and the ambiance was beautiful and the dj was fun. I made a reservation with specific seating and they made it happen! The food was beyond fantastic and cooked to perfection. Our waiter Eddie was very attentive and always had a smile on his face which I appreciated he had great vibes we often base wether we will return not on just the food but how we are treated and he was nothing short of great expectation! He also knew it was my boyfriend's birthday and we recieved a free dessert! All in all due to this experiance we will deffinetly be back! I will post pictures as well. Thank you all for making this a special night.

Absolutely delicious food, wine and dessert. Franco stopped by our table to talk to us about his former restaurants in NYC and was such a nice, genuine man who gets it right in every way. Every dish felt home cooked, nothing was overdone.
This is a great space with good food and nice selection of vino. It has an outside patio overlooking the canal and is located next to Fashion Square mall and heart of Old Town. Get there early for happy hour!

Great atmosphere with an amazing bar. Buffalo trace is of course the go to for myself and I was glad to see it on the bar. Got sat at our table and had an amazing experience especially thanks to our server Landiss. From his recommendations and the quality of the food this was one of my favorite dining experiences so far. Every level was covered so well and or server really made the experience so over the top. Definitely coming back for then next trip to Phoenix.
This is a lovely, moderately priced Mediterranean style restaurant on the canal in downtown Scottsdale. The menu is varied and interesting, and the choices are generally healthy. The service was excellent. Despite how large and busy the place was, the service was prompt and courteous. Despite a cool evening we dined on the patio (under heaters), because the dining room was crowded and loud. Recommend!

I have visited this restaurant 4-5 times now with my family, girlfriends and other groups. Every time, we had a great time. Great atmosphere, delicious food, I have tried many items from their menu and all were delicious. See information below:
Bruschetta appetizers- Asparagus, Prosciutto, Manchego- all were delicious
Bacon Wrapped Dates- little too sweet for my taste, but for a person who loves sweets, this would be perfect
Margherita flatbread- it was okay, nothing to brag about
Wild Mushroom Pappardelle Pasta- for all mushroom lovers, it had beautiful earthy flavor, loved every bite of it, and leftovers are delicious too!!
Sea Scallops*- a light dinner dish, scallops were perfectly done, not overcooked.
Chicken Scallopini- this was amazing, not too strong on the spices but chicken was nice and tender
Natural Chicken- another beautiful chicken dish, perfectly done.
Flavors of all dishes are great and different. Their customer service is always amazing and they are very attentive to your needs. Their cocktails are more on the sweeter side so i preferred to stick with either beer or wine and they have great selection as well.
The atmosphere inside the restaurant can be little too loud if you are planning to talk a lot more with your girlfriend, their outdoor seating area would be a better choice and with the perfect weather and temperature, it is pretty nice.
Taking one star away, as they are little pricey with their menu but the quantity of main dishes is more on the smaller side.But that is definitely not going to stop me from going there again or recommending this wonderful restaurant to my friends and family members.

Good food with a beautiful patio on the Scottsdale Waterfront at Fashion Square. It is Mediterranean food with a twist. I'm gluten free and they had a lot of options too. You can never go wrong with a Fox restaurant.

had lunch there a couple days ago. great service. small portions. the eat one take one deal. what a joke/gimmick. both portions were like the child menu. and the take home portion was even smaller. NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!!

Best breakfast sandwich in Scottsdale. Yeah it can get busy sometimes, but seriously their breakfast sandwich is tasty, and honestly just about anything for breakfast here is good. Also they have a nice selection of wine and their pitcher's of sangria are a perfect way to start a lazy Saturday.

Been a staple place for a long time. Always excellent food, great vibe, spot on service. Great scene during the day and trendsters at night packing the bar. A great location if you're hanging in Old Town all day or night.
While staying in Scottsdale we wanted to have a nice dinner out. I'm so glad we chose this restaurant. They had great signature drinks and the bread and pesto dip they provide was absolutely amazing. I would buy that pesto dip in a jar if they sold it. We ordered some appetizers and flatbreads and was not disappointed. I also really just loved the decoration / ambiance of the restaurant. You could even sit outside and areas had their own individual fire features. I would definitely go again and highly recommend.

Great atmosphere and reasonable prices. The service was so-so. The attire seems to have become more casual over the years but ita a nice spot to have a low lit meal and cocktail in Old Town Scottsdale. If you are a coffee fan the espresso martini is delicious! Dont forget there is great & free public parking just behind BarrioQueen nearby- with a short walk over the bridge.

They also have a $25 lunch special that could easily be shared by 2. You get a bottle of wine, choice of large Flatbread and toppings and choice of salad.

We dined there last night and our food was delicious. We sat at our table for for a good 10 minutes before anyone asked if a server had been over to bring water or ask us about drinks. After that was taken care of, the rest of our service was wonderful.
Awesome food, nice, trendy atmosphere the only drawback was the stinky bathroom stall. Attention needed. I will go again.

We loved this place for brunch while on a girls trip. Table side mimosas were awesome and they make basically everything in house. Reasonably priced as well. And after we were finished we walked right over to the Fashion Square Mall!!

We have a "dinner out for eight" group that picks a different restaurant each month. Our pick this last Thursday was Olive & Ivy in Old Scottsdale. We made reservations and they called back the day before to confirm. We arrived a couple of minutes early and were promptly seated and our waiter Christopher began to take our drink order. The drinks arrived a few minutes later and we ordered our appetizers - I am not a fan of Brussels Sprouts, but the Roasted Brussels Sprouts Bruschetta was wonderful, I could have made a meal on them! And the pesto they serve with the bread is as good as it gets! For the main course several of us had the Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin (with Brussels Spouts!) and we all said it was excellent! My wife and another had the Sea Scallops - they were excellent, cooked to perfection and served with wonderful compliment's. The flat breads were also delicious! One member of the group had the Lasagna Bolognese and it too was great. All in all, one of the best dinners we have had. Thank you Olive & Ivy, and thank you Christopher - WELL DONE!!
This should be higher. But I just can't. The staff was horribly rude from the host (he was the rudest) to the servers. The food was just okay and very limited. I asked for bottled water. Had to ask for a glass. Really! I was chugging on the bottle at first and then said to myself, "no, they should have more class at this place to bring me a glass." There were four in our group and not one of us was completely happy with our meal. I don't plan to go back Ever
Classy Mediterranean restaurant and bar on the Scottsdale Waterfront. Wine and craft cocktails by the fire are a must on their expansive patio, covered with a canopy of trees, and almost as large the indoor dinning area! Thoughtful menu, I paired my old fashioned with some bacon wrapped dates, it's like they were meant to be! Can't wait to go back and try the wine and flat breads!
