We have recently become members of the Regus group in HWT in Melbourne. Our company is also a member in our Shanghai Offices where I have further had the pleasure of working from. The team within the Melbourne HWT building have been fabulous and very cooperative in assisting with the office set up. The team at HWT provide friendly service and efficient timely responses to any queries relating to the current office space. The location of the HWT is fabulous and is well resourced with most facilities including some of the best coffee being served in Melbourne. I would strongly recommend the HWT Regus Tower for any business as the 360 degree views are stunning and make it a pleasure to work from this welcoming and friendly environment.

This is not a review, just wanted to know whether regus has a temporary pte testing center at the moment? I cant find my pte center location but i saw a comment that regus is the actual location . I tried contacting pte customer service and no luck .

Regus HWT is ideally located for convenient access and has great views of the city, river and MCG. The reception area creates a professional image for any visiting clients. Excellent bars and restaurants nearby. Centre staff are very friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

Unbeatable location and view, great place to work from.

Regus telling lies to customers that they do not have to comply with Government Regulations with businesses impacted by COVID-19. The regulations State that
a. your office service agreement is an eligible lease under the Vic Regulations and not excluded under section 13(3)
We have been locked out of our office and have lodged application Victorian Small Business Council who advised us to seek injunction from VCAT. Anyone else in similar situation please contact VSBC and VCAT. Don't let Regus bully you into believing otherwise.
