A+ crowd. Music was fine though the DJ seemed to be just playing off a playlist rather than mixing stuff up. Drinks were awful.

Bold white bouncer has never seen an international passport. Got rejected because it s not in US format. My passport was in date/month/year format. Do not recommend.

Always crowded, always poppin. Thursday through Saturday, Old Queens is a madhouse. If you like the really energetic, really crowded vibe, Old Queens is for you.

The owner is a very nice guy,by the name of Frank(he's a stocky red headed fellow), he's not concerned if you are a college student or a local like myself,the only concern he raises is that you are 21 or over,and that you respect his establishment

Had the Rutgers game on. Mixed crowd. Caught up with friends and we walked there. They got darts.

But forreal tho. This is definitely my go to for drinks. Really great. And everyone is very welcoming.

In my opinion, as a Rutgers student for four years, this place is always crowded and is usually never worth the wait to get in. If there's a wait, I say skip it and go somewhere else.

This is an old school bar. You walk in and you definitely smell it. It's a typical college bar that's noisy and serve cheap drinks in plastic cups (that's a good thing....I think). The bartender at night is pretty cool. The place is pretty dark. Two TVs at the bar.....TINY TINY TVs, though. Although having both TVs centered in the middle of the bar would be ideal, they decided to place each TV at the opposite ends of the bar. Kinda annoying when you're trying to catch a game.

I honestly come here only for the Gunness (which they pour correctly....2 part pour in a proper pint glass).

I also occasionally order their blitzburgers as take out as well. Although they're not the best burgers around, they are tastier than other bar food I've had. And it's always nice to go home after a night of drinking with a greasy burger.

This place really only deserves 3 stars, but since the bartender is cool, I'll give them an extra star.

Lots of energy on Friday and Saturday. It's a small place. In a good way. If you don't like people touching you as they walk by do go. Good crowd and the drinks are reasonable.

Nice little bar with cool bartenders but the "bouncers" take their job way too seriously and inspect every inch of your id even if you are 25

quiet at the time i went so was expecting good service from the 2 bartenders...nope they were more interested in themselves

If you enjoy being crammed like a sardine into a tin can of fraternity Bros and sorority sisters who seem like they are the verge of starting a brawl then this is your place! There is nothing like the claustrophobic feeling of being packed into a terrible bar with a crowd of people who have no common decency or respect.

A new renovated college bar, with the best value for drinks, along with a polite and responsive staff. My favorite drinks include the green tea shots and the svedka cherry vodka and coke. Arrive around 10 for Thursday, Friday and Saturday or you'll be waiting in line to get in

Nice place. Parking is scarce, but there is a parking garage nearby. Nice bartenders.

Great place for delicious bar food. very tasty. the staff was very helpful and observant. this place has a cool feel to it.

This is THE college bar at Rutgers. It gets super crowded during the busy nights, and there are lines so you want to get there early, but it is worth it if you want to be in the "scene". Happy hours and off nights are fun and a lot more relaxed atmosphere. We go there to watch all of the Rutgers and NFL games. The music is by far the best out of all of the Easton Ave bars. Drink specials are cheap, and compared to the Jersey Shore or NYC, even the regular prices are a bargain. They have a kitchen that specializes in grilled cheese, which I thought was pretty original.

Get here early to beat the line. Never really grew attached to this place as much as others in town. Have yet to try their food though so this review may change in the future. Some positives is they do have baseball style darts and this ring game which are both pretty fun. Don't have many superior happy hour specials
