The guys are very slow. 3 windows and they have 20 people sitting waiting in line. To pick up the letter I had to spend 45 minutes there.

I set up that data box. In the morning without a queue, the lady at the counter smiled, explained everything to me. Then I was here again for the vignette - again a good experience.
I do not know if I go to the post office at the wrong time (probably yeah, it is after working hours when many other people go to the post office), but there is always a queue. True, sometimes it is not so tragic ... (But it still seems to me that the number of open branches is undersized ..).
Otherwise, I have always been in service, I certainly can not complain. And the post office is upstairs above Billou, rel. close to the subway ..
They do not have lizards and sweets. I have to go to Billy.
Honestly, I think this is one of the best post offices I have ever seen. Not sure how it is for non Czech speakers, but I got always very good service here.
Nightmare, always big delays, sometimes 1h30 for a simple pick-up....
Incredible queues. I went there twice and after 1 hour waiting, there was still a considerable number of people before me. I had to give up and the package was undelived. If possible I need to change my post.
The branch and the whole company are one big disaster. That I do not deliver, do not leave the notice of the shipment I have become accustomed. Now they "improved" it after 20 minutes of waiting at the counter that they could not find the package. Terror, terror.
They do their best I guess.
Just have to wait. It's a Post Office.
A busy one.
I never waited so long at any post office ... So it came to me 25 minutes long .. And it still forces you there at the entrance some loan ..
The worst post office I know, the staff at a few counters, what used to be two post offices, merged into one, and if you want to pick up one letter you will spend waiting at the post office for over an hour. When I go anywhere else in the mail, it's for a while. When will the post office finally think that three post offices for the whole of Prague 2 are not enough? Or let them redistribute the areas that belong under which post office in Prague 2 at least a little.
Terribly long waiting times for anything at any time. They continue to impose disadvantageous accounts and insurance ...
Tragoska, there are only 2 windows, the queue, as it cuts at six, probably walk people ... I just want to throw the recommended one, maybe it could be automated ...
The average time spent in the queue does not fall below 45 minutes. Poor organization of work, a minimum of open counters and a rough atmosphere. It is more convenient to take your mail to another branch. 1 * for being open.
Really slow for a package collect. People in there are nice.
Always waiting there for ages.
3rd time i have to go there to pick up a letter?
Drop it in my mailbox, thats what it is there for!
Opening hours are from 9:00 to 20:00, on weekends until 17:00.
Expect a queue of 10-30 minutes at any time of the day.
Something absolutely scary. Sit down and I wait over an hour for one piece of paper ... So that not if I work out of 8 partitions. At the end of this incredible semi-state monopoly, which has nothing to say to the word competition!
Always satisfied. Mostly within 5 minutes is all done. And the staff is always nice, even though a lot of mail customers seem to be trying to dial them.
Sometimes there are more people, but maybe one has to count on it;)
Absolutely amazing and delightful little post office. NOT!
Went there to verify some documents and get some post marks. I was waiting 15 minutes in the queue and the verification was done during next 15 minutes. The post lady was very nice.
The place is clean and shiny.
Besides longer waiting everything is great :)
40 minutes in a queue just to pick up a package. Another 5 minutes until they found it and gave it to me.
Mail, like mail, without features. Some dignitaries are not always competent. Be careful.
Phones do not, do not call back. After filling in the online application, I just received two identical thank you machines. As everywhere do not take credit cards except for postage. With that summoning system, one has been waiting there longer than before at the Botanical Garden, even though fewer people are waiting there.
It's clean. The rest can summed up with the word, grumpilongwaitycrapcompanyerama
I didn't receive a notification that the shipment had arrived, so I call them if I didn't get anything, and they told me it was waiting here for a week and a half without picking up, and they sent it back yesterday.
I have not waited for 5 minutes today. 9:10 rano, pet people in front. Ms Assistant helped solve the package and the letter. She was too much! Thank you
if you have managed the first hurdle of drawing numbers, all well. The terminal where you have to pull the numbers is unfortunately only on CZ :-( but you can help yourself by asking questions :-) the ladies behind the counter are nice and helpful and some even speak a little German :-)
Appalling wait times. Packages not being delivered home even when present.
The worst post office in Prague, in any hour you come you are waiting min. 30 min ... of 8 counters work 2
At least for every second parcel, the delivery person will not even attempt to deliver the package. Just throws in the notification box. He probably doesn't even have a package with him. I understand that they may not be paying very well, but perhaps this may be the post office. The funniest thing is the sign that the house was locked. Why didn't they ring ???
So tomorrow again in the mail queue, because the delivery man has not bothered ... Since the cancellation of mail in Botanical is a tragedy.
Minimum workers at the bulkheads. Mostly two work. When you get a ticket, you can still buy or get some coffee.
The post office is located on the second floor of a shopping mall. The service was what you would expect at a post office. They got the job done.
The only post office where I try to call, they always call me back and they are very willing! Thank you very much. I'm waiting reasonable according to the time I go to pick up.
Really good service, in the entrance there will be a monitor where you can choose different services onnce you chose your service you will get a token (in the machine you can select the following languages Czech, German and English).Once you have done this you can sit in a chair and wait for your number to show up in the screen and it will show the counter to which your number is allotted. Most of them speak English and very friendly.
Queues, queues, queues, 2 open from 8 counters, waiting for 40min and more
The biggest reason why I am thinking of moving elsewhere is this branch office.
Always long waiting - whether or not the queue is not, most employees slow and from time to time lose shipment. Usually Just one or two bars open. And if you want to send a package, you will be happy to be the last.
The staff at the branch is nice, but very slow and queues are often formed here. In particular, it would like to strengthen the Czechpoint counter, where I have been waiting a long time several times (today 60 minutes) and last year they could not convert for a change of employee.
Slowest service I have ever experienced. People are waiting because of a meaningless ticket system with random(!) numbers. So you cannot even predict when your turn is about to come!
Sunday, one lady resolves already 20min two people at issue a package and the other two are in the form of posts and people are waiting here. even the nun in the queue in front of me began to be slightly vulgar
In peak hours waiting time even more than an hour, in front of you are 30 people and are open only 3 counters ... The space is almost breathtaking.
If you don't go there on the weekend or early morning, it's better to avoid this mail.
Incredibly long queuing time of 45 minutes normal, whether in or out of the top. Two open partitions open as standard, even if you need 30 people ...
14 people, 2 counters. At the counter with a postal loan and insurance sits a non-stop unused worker, who could be useful in serving customers instead of offering cowshed. A few feet away, another quarter-hour worker is chatting with her friend instead of working behind a crowd of waiting customers. It is miles away to the modern post office. One star only for a willing and kind worker at the counter.
They claim to have attempted delivering parcels to consignees address and pretend it s the consigned to go and pick up at the post office. But truth is that they do not even attempt to deliver the parcel: they just DON T WANT TO WORK. They re the SHAME of this country.
Terrible. Waiting to send a letter 30 minutes. 3 bulkheads of 8 open.
Pretty small so choose times different from Rush hour
Live nearby and this is my local post office. Usually quite friendly and lines are usually not long outside rush hours. I don t speak Czech but they seem appreciative if you try to say a few words. Often they can speak a little English or we use hand gestures.
I'm used to the fact that the CZECH POST is not the fastest, but that after 18 hours when most people at work end 3 open counters of 8?!?! As a matter of fact, one should take half a day off to send a few letters. I just regret the one star. There should be none.
Open three counters, a pile of people. really misery
I come to this branch regularly. I am very satisfied with the work of our employees - usually very helpful and helpful. Rather than thanking Han, they would like to thank them for their inadequate handling of visitor clouds .
The problem is sometimes with waiting time. The visit needs to be timed correctly and then it's okay .
Small post office, often crowded, open in the weekends
Post office large and quite modern, lots of counters, but only a few open. They have a call card system, which is nice, and you can sit down, which is very desirable, because at a completely unexposed time around More
I didn't have to wait long, but the overall experience was terrible. I was waiting for a letter that I didn't even receive an invitation to pick up or anything to come up with. I went to ask the post office and it is said that there is no such thing there and it wasn't. I see. Since it was an official letter with a red stripe, he still didn't try to deliver it to me. Then they called me from the office that the letter was returned to them because I did not respond to the call I received in the mailbox. So the ability of Praguers to throw me one stupid challenge in my inbox or be at least a little willing to help at the post office. Don't expect anything like that. Not a single star deserves the WORK they did. What are they paying for there? That he's sitting there?
I do not know whether the deliverers take turns or is sometimes a lot of shipments and simply there is no time or cough. But sometimes I find a delivery receipt in my mailbox and I need to go to this branch for registered mail. Where I wait 45 minutes. There's no way to call. In conclusion, unfortunately the standard functioning of Czech Post.
Nice environment, but very long waiting for processing ...
This branch desperately needs 1-2 extra people at the counters throughout what is open. The queues here are really incredible. Basically, anytime you leave here in less than an hour is a success.
