Old Willow Houseboats Review

Had a beautiful weekend 28-30 Aug 2020. We were 8 friends on 2 boats, we had a blast - Thanks

I enjoyed my stay and the experience. However :
1) Ensure you understand the exact check in time. The site from which we booked said check in is from 2pm however the establishment expected us there at 2pm hence we were late for check in.
2) We were not happy with the service at reception. The elderly lady who checked us in was very unfriendly and quiet rude.
3) Kudos to the guys helping with the boats. They worked hard to give us a great service.
4) The bathroom is quite small. Taking a shower was a challenge.
5) I think the website pictures need to be updated so that they give an updated view of the boats and what a person is paying for in order to manage expectations.

Very nice, brilliant experience. Just very overpriced. We booked at 3pm and had to be out again by 10am next morning.

It was an awesome experience, Boat was amazing. Staffs were super friendly. Climate was awesome. And It is the best location for pictures. We Anchored the boat near the Eagle Crest, we got the most amazing sunset view... Enjoyed alot

We just arrived home. Wow what an awesome experience!. Booking was smooth and efficient, arrival and check in was excellent, everything was nicely explained from reception to operating instructions. The overall experience over exceeded our expectations. We spent 2 nights. The toilet space is small but definitely expected on a boat house. We will be booking more often.

Had an absolute blast. Only issue was no toaster on board, but we improvised by doing over the fire. Friendly and professional staff and 100% family friendly. Absolutely worth every cent and the kids whining all the way there. Will be doing this again, without a doubt. Thank you guys for a wonderful experience.
