Very considerate, professional, clean, and they clean up the area. 4 Window installations at 2 separate times and all went great. Had a problem w/the structure on 1 window and they spent many extra hours so the window works perfectly. 3 other windows went fast, no issues. They work without any supervision and take pride in what they do. They're very quiet and calm as they solve the new windows to the old home. I highly recommend them. If any post installation issues, they come back quickly and correct the issue. Wonderful service, great quality.

Superb craftsmanship. Very neat and clean. While they used many tools to replace two doors and four windows, the tools they most relied upon were the tape measure and clean up. Several of the windows are east or west facing, subject to the intense Tucson sun and heat, and now we can leave the blinds up to let in light without the rooms becoming too hot. Patrick was very involved in the entire process, from the initial bid to the closing of the job. His professional knowledge and genuine concern for making sure that we chose what was best for us demonstrated that Olander's is a high quality business that cares for its customers' needs. Sid, Miguel, and Francisco were meticulous in their installation work, and delightful to have in our home during the three day process. I requested a quote for a client, the appointment was set and everything was looking up! Arthur was very professional and he waited for me (I was running 10 mins late). Unfortunately, after the appointment and inspection, I never heard back from Olander's! I was supposed to get the quote by 11/18/19 but it never came. I was hoping to set up a business relationship with them but I was disappointed. My clients ended up using someone else, and I have to say I will never attempt to do business with them again. ***I gave two stars due to Arthur being a professional and not because of the company.

Olander's replaced all our windows 7 years ago. They did an excellent job and were responsive, trustworthy, and professional. The seal on two milguard windows failed since and were promptly replaced. Over the past month they have installed two new picture windows, one required an exterior wall cut out. Both jobs were done with expert care. They are top notch. Had a glass shower enclosure and glass bathroom door done by Olanders. The quality of the product and dedication of the staff is terrific. There had to be extreme attention to measured details in my project. Arthur and Poncho did an outstanding job and we are thrilled with the outcome. Have done windows through Olanders in the past too. I would recommend them to everyone.

Very satisfied with the whole process. Came out for an estimate. Once we finalized the estimate, they came back out for final measurements. Windows ordered, arrived in about 4 weeks, and installed in a week. All of the folks we dealt with were friendly, professional, and easy to work with. The crew came out and did what was expected. They took care of unforeseen events quickly and without issue. No mess left, no sign they were even there except brand new windows! Highly recommend Olander's for you window needs. We will be back when it's time to replace the remaining windows in our home.
