Have a great team to give timely output, Very supporting staff.

They are looters. They give wrong report of astrolog. They are just a software company making fool by there astrosage app. They are fool and they don't even have any astrologer. They are cheaters

Visited here couple of days ago for the meeting, HR is quite welcoming and friendly. They offered me tea and coffee. Office was quite clean and they have a great set of products. They are popular for their Astrosage kundli product.

Such a bad place to work my friends. so please don't go for the interview in this organization. because this is fraud and cheater company.

Mad people they do not have hire anyone they do not have hiring policy after giving interview then salary discussion hr told me u can go I have to discuss something to my chairman after 3-4 days I call hr again at that time he informed me wo abhi kuch hua nahi hai Apka pata nahi kuch abhi shayad nahi hua h do not waste time here in these companies beware.

Good company and love the environment, the celebration time is always a fun!

In terms of salary - good... but otherwise not so good.. no matter how many extra tons of efforts you make... No matter the right suggestions you gave for better growth of the company.... And no matter how experienced or eligible you are... they will do only as they please even if it is wrong...

Lot of politics running by the director of the company!

Well, I did not find anything "PROS" to brag out. They are not even close to this word.




Some of the cons I have figured out in my tenure:
*No induction on joining.
*No training.
*Bad infrastructure.
*Poor work culture.
*No value of hard work, sincerity and loyalty.
*Irresponsible leadership.
*Lot of politics running by the director.
* Favoritism.
*Stinking toilets.
*No motivation.
*Nothing new to learn except office politics.
*Using outdated technology and buggy tools instead of adopting new technology which caused lot of issues and complaints from the client.
*No tools available to monitor the performance of employees. Still using the manual report system with no track. Can we expect this from an IT company who pretend to be no 1 in technology ?
*No career growth (Have seen people resigning as a trainee or same designation after working 4-5 years).

They always make fake promise to the employees which they never fulfill and eventually you felt cheated.

It is better if you do some research that how a good organisation run on basic principles. Hiring end number of HRs is not at all a solution.

Awesome place to work. Amazing people who are mission-driven and team oriented.

They are sending UPI pay request using razorpay@icici to collect money with remarks as OJAS SOFTECH PRIVATE LIMITED.

Ojas is a good place to work as people around you are friendly and supportive.

I am highly satisfied with the performance and services of the staff.

Worst company in terms of hospitality and interview experience.
I was asked to come early and I made to wait unattended and these guys had no value of candidate time. Grow up and match the MNC pace.
