I've dealt with Lauren Luke and Liv Stott, I have had nothing but positive working relationship with them both and your company. Emails are always answered promptly and they both give amazing customer service, even when I change the quantity of milk order sometimes on a weekly basis. I'm never felt like i'm being a pain. I would highly recommend Office Drop.

Review 3...Sadly, further to my reviews below, our fruit was left outside again today so we had to carry up the boxes ourselves. Back to 1 star rating. Very nice assortment of exotic fruits in one box this week though, so might be we've picked up a neighbouring business's order and they're stuck with our humdrum batch of oranges apples bananas and pears! Review 2...Pleased to report that further to my review 2 weeks ago - below - our fruit was delivered all the way into our offices on 2nd floor today, and the Duplo wall was dismantled and empty boxes wheeled away. Have increased my satisfaction from 1 star to 2 stars, and will increase it further if this 'enhanced' level of service continues hereafter. Review 1....Original review: Fed up that despite multiple written and phoned requests this company does not bother to bring fruit delivery to our office on second floor in business block. They just dump the boxes outside the building and drive away. Not much of a delivery service if they can't be bothered to bring it to the correct address and our office staff end up hefting the boxes up the stairs. They have signs on their fruit boxes saying "please return me, I can be reused" but not possible to return boxes when we don't see the drivers. The boxes end up stacked on our kitchen counters looking like a wall of giant Duplo bricks.
