I sent over my CPU in order to have them install Windows OS - got it back the next evening, everything works fine - would go back again ^_^

They really know what they're doing and the price was fair.
I needed a screen and hinges replaced on 1year and 23day old laptop and Megahertz fixed my laptop faster than the manufacture and for less than the manufacture. also they were all really friendly and transparent.
Excellent products and service! Remote support outstanding.
If I could give 10 stars I would. The service is very professional, and, since I am not "tech savvy" they made me feel very comfortable and not judged as I asked questions. No big push to buy more expensive items, unlike the box stores,. I am thrilled with my purchase and will go back as needed.
i would never bring a computer there again !!! promises and no delivery of my unit that was needed for a business ! next time if i have a problem i will call geek squad !!!!
