Procedure was ok, not the best but it got the job done. But then they asked me to walk literally across the city to deliver my own culture for a biopsy, without even bothering to check if the lab they were sending me to took my insurance. Got to the lab and found out they didn't take my insurance, called the Dr.'s office back and they were completely useless. Incompetent Dr. and dysfunctional, irresponsible staff. No patient care.

It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a doctor's office. I was lied to and charged and sent to a collections agency after the office manager, Yolanda agreed on a lesser amount with me. Very unprofessional. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
I reported them to the BBB, and they reached out to them twice. There was no response from their end. It clearly shows that they know did something unethical so they could make their money. It is not ok to bully a person into going to an appointment especially after they tell you that you aren't interested in a $300.00 consultation. Be careful with this office.

I suffered from Dupuytren s contracture in my right hand and Dr. Lenzo performed an open surgical release in my palm and 4th and 5th fingers by removing collagen from my tendons, which had they been left untreated would have drawn down my fingers into the palm and rendered them useless. It was a delicate, 2-hour plus surgery because of the proximity of nerves in the hand and fingers. I had an excellent result and can truly attest to Dr. Lenzo s being a great hand surgeon. I highly recommend Dr. Lenzo as a physician and surgeon.
I found Dr. Lenzo to be personable, caring, excellent bedside manner, fantastic sense of humor which helps.
