One of the best in door design and quality! I purchased a full view with blind between glass for my own house from these guys. Our company has done a few of these type doors from various manufactures in the past. ODL hands down is the best in the business!

They didnt even know how to run a line they expected me to run the line on my first day as a temp!!!

Update 9-15-20 After my post and due to the lack of communication because of Covid 19, my warranty issue has been taken care of in a timely no cost manner. Thank you for looking into my problem and sending me a replacement.

Called for a warranty issue, my door window frame warped, this door is older and it has a lifetime warranty on its window frame. The lady I spoke to said
I needed to contacts the store where I purchased it, this I did and they did not sell this type of door currently and they couldn't help me. After a few back and forth she said she would send me the replacement, now its been about 4 or 5 weeks and I am still waiting. At the moment I feel like she just wanted to get me off the phone and forget about her word that she will take care of it. Would be glad to furnish pictures and my window sticker with the Lifetime warranty on it.

If you're a truck driver picking up from here, you better hope it's the 1st shift that gets you. If you get stuck with 2nd shift, good luck! The guy is too worried about walking around on his cell phone and doing everything other than working. Sat for 5.5 hours waiting for him to load me.

Arrived at 1400 with no appointment just a delivery window of 0800 to 1500. Check in a plant 1, sent to plant 2 for unloading. Unloaded within 25 minutes. Not sure of the hours of operation but they do have a 2nd shift.
